Ein wunderschönes, kleines Hotel mit viel Charme! Das tolle Zimmer mitten in der Natur lädt zum Entspannen ein und sorgt für einen erholsamen Schlaf. Das feine Frühstück mit herrlichem Blick auf den Rebberg und das Meer war bereits ein erstes Highlight des Tages. Auch das Nachtessen im Hotel können wir von Herzen weiterempfehlen. Abgerundet wurde der Aufenthalt durch das ausgesprochen freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal, das uns rundum verwöhnt hat.

Belas instalações, belas vistas. Staff e serviço de pequeno almoço, devem melhorar.

O alojamento é muito bonito, com muito cuidado ao nível da decoração e dos ambientes, tanto internos, quanto externos. As áreas comuns, como a recepção e o restaurante são lindíssimos e belamente decorados, incluindo com belos arranjos de flores naturais. A pequena zona de vinhas, de aromáticas e outros vegetais, é muito agradável. O pessoal afeto à recepção é muito simpático e atencioso.

Cons:

Na ocorrência de um pequeno incidente, e não obstante ter sido prestada assistência, verificou-se que não deveriam ter um kit de primeiros socorros preparado, demoraram algum tempo para chegar com um desinfetante e não tinham compressas ou outro material esterilizado, foram facultados lenços. O serviço de pequeno almoço, tanto ao nível do staff, como ao nível dos itens e ritmo que o compõem também deixou muito a desejar. Confessamos que também tínhamos algumas expectativas, atendendo a associação ao Chef. Contudo, o pequeno almoço revelou-se muito fraco e o staff não se demonstrou à altura. A título de exemplo, não nos foi informado o que compunha o pequeno almoço, nós é que fomos questionando. No momento em que questionámos se tinham algum tipo de ovos, foi-nos respondido "todo o tipo que possam imaginar", questionando por uns ovos benedict o funcionário indicou não saber sequer do que se tratava e acabámos por pedir uns típicos ovos mexidos/omelete. Entre outras questões e apontamentos, ficámos 20 minutos à espera de um copo com água. Infelizmente o serviço de pequeno almoço defraudou, em muito, a nossa experiência.

Alles was top. Het verse ontbijt elke ochtend. Onze prachtige kamer. De geur van verse basilicum bij het buitenwandelen van de kamer. Het uitzicht op de wijngaarden.

Cons:

Als ik 1 puntje moet zeggen dat minder was, dan vond ik het zwembad aan de kleine kant.

Incredible stay with breathtaking ocean views
Pros:

This unique, beautifully designed hotel offers incredible ocean views and exceptional service from super attentive staff. It's perfect to relax and unwind when having an otherwise busy Madeira itinerary. It’s a walkable distance to Calheta Beach, though keep in mind the route is quite steep on the way back.

The food was a highlight for us, breakfast was delicious and the 4-course dinner at the restaurant was superb. The team also surprised me with a birthday dessert!

I couldn't have picked a better place to celebrate my birthday and would love to return one day. Highly recommend staying here when visiting Madeira.
