Staff are very nice, room was clean daily with fresh towels everyday.
Pros:

Breakfast was’nt bad. Not so many selectio. It’s was free, so I din’t have complain.

We chose this accommodation because of the family rooms and location close to beach. The reception and cleaning staff are friendly but I suggest you choose somewhere else. The rooms are mouldy – all the walls around the windows had mould growing on them and the walls were swollen and flaking. The main bedroom door had mould growing on the back of it. The room wasn’t very clean. There were leaks in our room when it rained – a puddle by the window. The pool matting around the pool was broken and the security fence between the pool and the edge of the building was falling down. The whole hotel is very tired. We needed to pay cash up front. When we left they charged us for a towel which we made dirty wiping the dirt off the clothes line.
I strongly suggest finding different accommodation for a nicer holiday.

Staff quite rude, taking phone calls while trying to get information. Breakfast was very limited, with some options on menu not available. Doors didn’t close properly, shower leaked, holes in ceiling, tvs didn’t function, washing machine broken, generally dated

Смело выбирайте отель на сутки или неделю проживания.
Pros:

Чистый, компактный, спокойный отель в шаговой доступности от моря. Рядом отличные кафе с местной сногсшибательной кухней. Если вы ценитель чего-то аутентичного, то вам точно нужно сюда! В номере есть все что нужно и даже больше.

Excellent stay
Pros:

* Location: The hotel is in a quiet area, but also very close to restaurants and the beach.
* Room & Facilities: The room was nice and clean. The rooftop pool was also well-maintained.
* Service: The staff was very friendly and approachable. When our minibar was broken, they replaced it immediately the next morning.
Overall: The location and service were excellent, making for a great stay.

Большой номер, который хорошо подходит для семьи из 4 человек. Рядом супермаркет и пара кафешек.

Cons:

1. Ужасная уборка. Под кроватью с момента заселения и все последующие 2 недели пролежали беруши и упаковка от m&m's вместе с толстым слоем пыли. Посуду мыли не каждый день почему-то.
2. Сбой в работе системы доступа в номер. Мы каждый день ходили перезаряжать две карточки для доступа в номер, поскольку они переставали работать. Но решать проблему системно никто не собирался - персоналу проще перезарядить карты ещё на несколько часов работы, а не разобраться в проблеме.
3. Плохие завтраки. Выбор из 2-3 примитивных блюд вместо шведского стола. Отсутствие горячих напитков на завтраке.
4. Это не проблема отеля, но нужно иметь в виду, что ближайший пляж к отелю - дикий. Без зонтиков и лежаков. Купаться можно, но полежать в тени не получится. До ближайшего оборудованного пляжа идти минут 15.

Cons:

Les petit déjeuners sont horribles. L'hôtel n'a rien changé quand on lui a signalé. Boisson chaude à puer en supplément alors que nous avions pris la formule petit déjeuner !!!
Beaucoup de bruit dans notre chambre le matin : musique en provenance de la salle du petit déjeuner et énorme bruit de chaises que l'on tire sur le carrelage. Signalé également à l'hôtel qui n'a rien fait.
Très mauvaise isolation phonique : on entendait nos voisins de chambre comme si ils étaient dans la nôtre..
Le lit n'était pas confortable : très mou, déformé et vieux.
Propreté qui laissait à désirer.
Dernier point très important : il est indiqué que l'hôtel dispose d'un ascenseur mais attention pour les personnes qui ont des difficultés : la piscine n'est accessible qu'avec un dernier étage par les escaliers...
Globalement, chaque fois que nous avons signalé un problème à la réception, la personne a fait comme si elle ne nous comprenait pas et n'a rien fait pour améliorer les choses.
Finalement, le rapport qualité prix est mauvais compte tenu de la qualité médiocre du service et des prestations.
