Good area, the people that ran the venue were extremely friendly and polite.
The room was big
The bathroom ,it took me 3 days to figure out how to turn on the hot water.
The tv had no channels.
But they weren't things I didn't like, cause when staying in Vietnam, you don't stay in your room for tv, you go and see the beauty of this country!
Staffs are nice. Laundry service is good.
The toilet is very close to the bedroom and can get smell from the toilet. As we booked to stay for 2 nights, we requested to change another room, but they didn't, saying that there is no other available room. It is not healthy to sleep.
The room is also very stuffy and the facilities are old.

Spacious room, well located for the beach.
Perfect location, great rooms and beds, I got the big room with a big balcony and two beds for the same price as a regular room since it was the last room in the hotel so thank you for that! It was lovely staying here for 2 weeks
Because of the balcony and thin balcony doors, there was a lot of noise from the traffic right outside since this hotel is on a Main Street. So pro and con with a big balcony and central location haha
The location is really good, a long the way is full of cafe, restaurant and mini market and in 5 minutes by walking you are at the beach. It is also comfortable to reach the city center, 5 minutes by Grab. The room is good and has a great Wi-Fi connection. Really recommended if you are looking a cheap hotel in a super location!
The staff almost doesn't speak English and sometimes is difficult to speak with them. Anyway I didn't have any problem during my stay and most of the staff were nice to me.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and comfortable. There are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance and the beach is also very close.
Hotel was clean and quiet. Super close to the beach and tons of restaurants. Had hot water, A/C in the room worked great. They offered laundry services. The owner even brought my motorcycle in at night. Very kind staff. I recommend staying here.
The bed
The room itself is fine for the price, but NO WINDOW? Are you flipping kidding me? We only stayed because we were too tired to argue with them and we were just staying one night.
No, it does not mention on booking that this room misses a window. Instead, it states that the room has a terrace (which is obviously not true), a fireplace (of course also a lie but I'm prepared to let go of this), and btw not all rooms are wheelchair accessible regardless of what they say.
But even if one knows that there is no window, nothing justifies a price that is equal or more to other rooms in the area that do have windows. Generally, calling yourself a hotel while selling holes for people to sleep in is just a joke.
Right before leaving, they even cancelled our reservation on Booking, claiming that we didn't even stay there. I'm assuming they want to keep us from leaving a review there.
There are so much better hotels around for this same price. Be wise, choose another one.
