What a wonderful place, people and food!
Pros:

The hotel staff and the owners were all extremely friendly, helpful and kind. They trule made me feel welcome and were extremely accomodating. I was given the option to look at 3 different rooms on different floors and pick the one I prefered. The hotel is modern, the pool and spa area are fantastic, and the view is just amazing! The food was delicious.

Soggiorno da sogno con vista spettacolare
Pros:

Bellissimo hotel, molto curato, personale molto accogliente e disponibile, ci hanno fatto sentire a casa. La proprietaria e il marito sono gentilissimi. La struttura ha tutti i comfort necessari e i servizi per intrattenere gli ospiti. C’è anche un pianoforte! La spa è molto bella e curata, la piscina a sfioro è un sogno! Avevamo una camera di quelle più nuove, con letto davanti alla finestra, con vista spettacolare sulle montagne. Posizione comoda per piste da sci e per andare a Bressanone e Vipiteno. Un soggiorno indimenticabile!

Cons:

La presenza di molte famiglie con bambini non è il massimo per chi vuole stare in tranquillità.

Pros:

The customer service was beyond excellent, it was real and showed heart, soul and care. Very hard to find these days. The breakfast was amazing, with homemade cakes, unique fresh healthy juices, and fabulous bread.
We loved it!!!
