Da das Hotel an dem Tag einen Wasserschaden hatte, wurden wir vom Hotel de Lux umgebucht zum Hotel Glück auf in Dorsten. Die Umbuchung ging prima. Dafür vielen dank.

Cons:

Das Hotel Glück auf in dem wir waren, hat dann nicht unseren Erwartungen entsprochen. Das Bad in einem unserer Zimmer war absolut renovierungsbedürftig. Allerdings waren wir froh, überhaupt noch Zimmer bekommen zu haben.

Bij aankomst was er niks aan hand met inchecken, totdat mijn boeking (14 personen op 7 kamers) niet in het systeem stond. Hij ging bellen met een collega en opeens had hij het over waterschade. De boeking heeft hij verplaatst naar een ander hotel in de buurt. Daar aangekomen zeer teleurgesteld over de accommodatie.
Onhygiënisch, geen airconditioning, oude inrichting en nul sfeer op de kamer.
Na het zien van een sticker waarop drie namen van hotels stonden, (waaronder hotel Gluck auf, hotel Yasmin en hotel de luxe) krijg ik het gevoel dat er helemaal geen waterschade is, maar dat dit gewoon een manier is om klanten te lokken met mooie kamers en daarna de klanten naar het mindere hotel te sturen. Zodat ze dubbele boekingen kunnen aannemen.
