Fantastic low key accomodation
Pros:

Great location, always a fantastic place to stay, surprisingly quiet given it is above the pub. Very central.
We stayed in a room with a kitchen which is a bonus for later dinners when the local establishments have all closed for the day.

Cons:

The property is older and aging, very comfortable but a little worn round the edges.
Kitchen supplies could have done with being cleaner.

Sadly disappointing
Pros:

The spa in the room was great, as were the friendly staff. Unfortunately that is where the likes ended

Cons:

The room was VERY dusty. The lamps on the bedside tables looked like they have not been dusted in years. Same for.thw floors under the bed. The room is very dated, and needs a very good deep clean. There were cigarette butts all over the balcony. The footsteps of the people on the next floor were very loud, as was the cleaners in the morning. The room is not a quiet one free from outside noise.

Cracked shower floor. Low quality bathroom toiletries. 1950s decor with junk furnishings. The requirement to exist through the back door past the garbage bins. Not much to like really

The invertor wasn't working. Hot water tap was useless. There was no hot water for first 6 hours.

Pros:

The staff were friendly.

Cons:

The bar fridges could do with an upgrade. They barely closed as the seal was non functioning.
There was a horrible sound coming from outside..sounded mechanical like.... all night long. I booked the room for 2 Adults and 1 child (11) and there was only 1 double bed. One of us had to sleep on the floor as the couch was only tiny. Why would you allocate a room like that to a family of 3?
