Nice hotel. Perfect for what we needed and the purpose of our trip
Pros:

Location was great for our needs.

Cons:

Working out where to check in wasn't completely clear. Check in was in the gaming area of the pub below, which when busy would be a bit of an issue. Without a designated reception area, means gaming staff are having to check you in while also trying to look after other patrons at the same time.

Amazing location came with cockroaches

Being across the road from the beach and short walk to some beautiful walks and views of the ocean was top tier.

Cons:

For what you pay, it’s only for the location. There is nothing glamorous about the accommodation, it is very basic.
We got the infamous room with no door separating the bathroom from the bedroom. It’s a very large opening as well.
It had a very noisy fridge that I had no choice but to turn off at 2am due to it keeping me up all night.
Whilst the cleanliness was there and the bed was comfortable ect, the visit from the cockroaches were a sign of some deep uncleanliness issues.
Would I stay again? Yes for the location.

Lovely
Pros:

The bed was a little creaky but quite comfy. The room was otherwise great, shower was powerful and we enjoyed our stay. Location was perfect for our needs

Great value for money with a central location.
Pros:

Central location, clean rooms and comfortable beds.
Friendly staff! Would stay again.

Cons:

Was hard to figure out where to check in and check out. Our room was upstairs with lots of steps, which wasn't an issue for us but keep that in mind if you have mobility issues or have heavy luggage.

Pros:

The location is great with easy access to shopping strip and beach.

Cons:

Lack of cooling in lounge area. Cooling in seperate bedroom. A fan would be helpful in lounge area, as well as a table and chairs to eat at.

Pros:

We love the view and ambience of DROMANA .

Cons:

The bed was way to hard .Mattress could be upgraded to a soft pillowtop . And blanket and Eiderdown went out of vogue years ago . A sheet and winter doona would be more acceptable for the price we paid. Please don't get me wrong .We have stayed there 3 times now and have had no complaints. With new bedding we would not hesitate to stay again and woul recomend the room to friends and family.
