Pros:

30 minutes from the city centre with the tram
Decoration is amazing. You have to check this out
Quiet neighbourhood

Cons:

They were renovating during my stay but since I spent the majority of my time outside the hotel, it wasn't a big deal for me. Utility is basic, no water kettle.
