Room was a good size and bathroom facilities good

Cons:

Restaurant service was poor with very little choice and poor understanding of my wife’s gluten intolerance.
Booked a room with a balcony requesting a Mountain View and got a balcony with a huge tree blocking all light and view.

Wenn es so wär wie auf den Fotos ! Dann wär es ein sehr schönes Hotel !🤔
Pros:

Von den Bildern her sollte man meinen es sieht toll aus ! Aber leider ist das Hotel schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen ! Das einzige was uns gefallen hat war die Lage !

Cons:

Wie gesagt müsste im Haus schon einiges gemacht werden ! Durvhgelaufener Teppichboden im Restaurant ! Putz fällt von den Wänden ! Sitzpolster zerrissen ! Balkongeländer durchgefault ! Im Gebäude war es überall sehr sehr warm !

Pros:

Alles in allem ist das Hotel ganz gut. Allerdings doch etwas abgelebte. Es müsste mal wieder ein wenig renoviert werden. Es ist sauber und aufgeräumt, das Personal ist nett, das Frühstück ok aber nichts besonderes.
Der Preis völlig überzogen.

Parkplätze waren kostenlos

Cons:

Hotelzimmer leider sehr teuer für das was man bekommt. Überall Staub und Flecken in unserem Zimmer gewesen, zudem Risse in den Wänden.
Im Flur anscheinend Wasserschaden gewesen mit riesigen Wasserflecken die schon gelb angelaufen sind.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt und Urlaub mit super Blick auf die Berge.
Pros:

kostenloser Parkplatz.
3 Damen waren Zuckersüß.
Die Matratzen waren auch super
sauber war das Zimmer ebenfalls.
Auf Nachfrage gab es es ein zweites Kissen.
Die Aussicht ist sehr schön.
Die Dusche war ebenfalls super, sauber und guter Druck.
Steckdosen waren ausreichend vorhanden.
Wir waren aber trotz ein paar negativen Erfahrungen absolut zufrieden und happy bei euch.

Cons:

Die erste Begrüßung.
Kissen sind zu klein bzw. niedrig.
Auskunft über Unternehmungen in der Nähe waren leider nicht Zufriedenstellend, obwohl es so viele tolle Möglichkeiten in der Nähe gibt.
Bsp. auch in der nebensaison, Eibsee, Partnachklamm, Highline 179 etc.

Kühlschrank im Zimmer.
Sehr zentrale Lage im Ort.

Cons:

Die Teppiche im Gastro-Bereich sind z. T. sehr verschlissen.
Das Dampfbad war während des gesamten Aufenthalts außer Betrieb.
Der hochflorige Teppich im Zimmer ist unhygienisch.

Die Ruhe im Hotel, die freundlichen Mitarbeiter, die Ausstattung

Cons:

Trotz lift sind Treppen zu den Zimmern und vor allem zum Frühstücksraum zu bewältigen. Das a la Card Restaurant bot nur 3 Gerichte, jeden Tag die gleichen.
