Pros:

Zimmer war richtig toll! Richtig groß und modern eingerichtet. Anlage super mit direkter lage am beach. Mitarbeiter alle super freundlich und es gab viele gratis Aktivitäten vom Hotel aus.

Quatre nuits seule à ne rien faire, exactement comme prévu
Pros:

Je suis venue seule à Nacpan pour quatre nuits, avec un seul objectif : ne rien faire.
Le balcon de la chambre côté montagne, avec la lumière douce du matin, j’y ai fait du yoga deux fois. Le soleil se levait doucement sur la montagne et me réchauffait. Le petit-déjeuner est varié, mais après quatre jours consécutifs, le sentiment de nouveauté s’estompe un peu. Le troisième matin ça allait encore, le quatrième je suis allée chercher quelque chose ailleurs. À quelques minutes à pied il y a des petits restos locaux, moins chers et différents. Si vous restez plusieurs jours, essayez d’y aller au moins une fois.
Il y a aussi des massages sur la plage, mais c’est un peu à la vue de tous. À noter aussi que les transats gratuits sont juste devant l’hôtel, ceux un peu plus loin appartiennent aux restaurants voisins et nécessitent une consommation.
Pour rentrer, la route vers Nacpan dans la dernière partie est vraiment chaotique. La réception m’a aidée à organiser le transfert pour l’aéroport. Honnêtement, après ça on n’a plus trop envie de ressortir.

Pude ver peixes coloridos fazendo snorkeling em frente ao hotel
Há muitas atividades oferecidas pelo hotel como Yoga, soltar tartarugas de madrugada e Cristian me ensinou a tecer passarinhos com folhas de coqueiro e ainda me deu um chapéu tecido com folhas de coqueiros

All in all an enjoyble and relaxing stay. Customer service should be improved though for the price.
Pros:

We loved the spacious and quiet rooms as well as the beautiful beach. The location is great and there are a lot of small restaurants/ massage places around on the beach.

Cons:

We ate at the restaurant a few times and service is extremely slow. It took forever to even get a menu and even longer for the rest. We did not eat at the same time since every dish came seperately and the drinks came after the meal.
The reception was also unfortunately not helpful in organizing transportation to the town center when the van was not operating. Luckily we had just asked a tricycle driver that drove past for his number earlier that day.

A total oasis, beyond expectations, can’t recommend enough
Pros:

The warm, welcoming and helpful staff, the peaceful location, the beautiful beaches right out the front, the whole atmosphere was pure tranquility, the lush grounds and the room itself was stunning. Also the welcome necklace and departure gift were just adorable. We miss it already and will definitely stay here again next time!

Sehr gut zum entspannen!
Pros:

Tolle Lage direkt am Strand. Dadurch aber auch etwas abgelegen von der Stadt. Gut wenn man etwas Ruhe haben möchte. Das Restaurant war auch auch super! Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Kostenloses Wasser

Belle étape de fin de séjour

Cette très belle plage en face de l’hôtel.
Eau fraîche à disposition.
Rester dans l’hôtel en attendant le transfert à l’aéroport et utiliser la piscine, douche etc… parfait

Cons:

Le buffet du petit déjeuné à 9000 p : cher et d’une qualité moyenne.

Clean room - great location on Nacpan beach

Cons:

Pricey restaurant, but reasonably good quality. Only a small pool available in the Nacpan Glaping. Road in to the resort is extremely bumpy and you can only get a tuk tuk home. Transfers to El Nido are also quite pricey, especially if travelling with kids.

Lovely room, great location on the beautiful Nacpan Beach.
Pros:

We loved the location. Literally a few steps from the beautiful beach. The property is lovely and new, and the rooms very nicely presented. The staff were lovely and the we had a fantastic chicken burger for dinner at the restaurant which is on site. It was great to have the beach loungers available too. The addition of the Grounded coffee truck was an added bonus!

Cons:

Probably the only thing I would say is that we had a garden room, and even though we didn't really have time to spend out there, it isn't the most well kept garden. But honestly, that didn't impact our stay at all. We would definitely go back.
