Memorable stay on an amazing beach.
Pros:

Superb location on the best beach on El Nido. Wonderful sunset. Local food next door was pretty cheap and good.
All the stuff in the mini bar was complementary. The welcome necklace and farewell bag was a nice touch

Cons:

Buffet Breakfast a bit average compare to the hotel quality.
More warning about potential sand flies or water bugs. We had many bites.

Jättefint hotell på en fantastisk strand som jag inte ville lämna.
Pros:

Ett helt fantastiskt hotell! Trevlig inledning på vistelsen var att få ett handgjort snäackhalsband runt halsen vid incheckningen! Rummen är finare än på bilderna, och det fanns en massa snacks och dricka på rummet som de bjöd på och läget på Nacpanstranden var oslagbart. Faciliteter som pool, gym och restaurang delades. Efter tre nätter flyttade vi till systerhotellet; glampingen. Perfekt upplägg som rekommenderas!

Cons:

Restaurangen på stranden var vacker med god mat och frukost. MEN de hade lite svårt med beställningar och logistiken. Tråkigt att vi exempelvis vid första middagen fick maten med en timmas mellanrum.

Staff were very nice and the room was amazing.

Cons:

The main issue we had with our stay was dinner, the time we had to wait to be served was quite long to the point we had to wave down a server for a menu and to make our order.

Der Nacpan

Cons:

Es riecht bei jeder Dusche nach Abfluss. Von der Bettwäsche hat alles gejuckt.
Die Frau an der Rezeption konnte nicht so gut englisch wie andere Einheimische auf den ganzen Philippinen.
Die Lage am Nacpan Beach ist toll aber von der Stadt 50 min weg.
Die Straße zum Hotel ist eine Katastrophe, da fragt man sich, warum die 5 Sterne Hotels nach all den Jahren kein Geld in eine vernünftige Straße investieren können.

Great short stay, however some issues need to be addressed
Pros:

The gym, the pool and the room was brilliant
We got lucky that we got to see baby turtles go into the ocean. Because we spotted everyone running over (they were suppose to let us know)
Menu was good also, good variety)

Cons:

Stray dogs is an issue, on the beach our first day I counted on our section 10+ dogs (in heat.. some scene) I understand the resort can’t do anything on a public beach. But when we are eating there are three / four dogs begging. Nothing was done about it with stray cats in the restaurant. Hygiene was a concern for me.

We stayed on the top floor, flocks of birds stay on the roof above the door, so it smells of bird and bird poo. Which was directly below the clean water dispenser. At night all you can hear are the birds.

I went to order a drink outside the white stand on the beach, and walked and sliced my big toe on a metal stump which was fun…

Staff in the restaurant seem to be working hard but we would have to wait 10/15 minutes to get a menu or to be served ( we would have to ask someone)

INCROYABLE séjour dans cet hôtel
Pros:

TOUT, la chambre extrêmement propre, spacieuse et lumineuse. Le personnel est très accueillant et à l’écoute de toute nos demandes. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans ce Resort. La plus belle plage d’El Nido se trouve ici (Nacpan Beach) où nous y avons un accès privé avec les transats bien sûr. La ville et le port d’El Nido se trouve à 30mn en van. L’hôtel y est un peu loin, mais ce n’est pas dérangeant bien au contraire car il y a énormément de monde au centre. Un van est disponible toutes les heures pour se rendre au centre ville et nous récupère à 17h30-18h00 moyennant un supplément qui est raisonnable. À refaire encore et encore. MERCI pour votre accueil et votre gentillesse ainsi que pour les petits cadeau reçu à l’arrivée et au départ. Je recommande cet hôtel les yeux fermé.

Das Hotel ist gut besucht, aber in meinem Zimmer habe ich kaum etwas von den Nachbarn gehört. Der kleine Kühlschrank im Zimmer ist richtig kalt, was in der tropischen Hitze so wichtig ist. Ich empfehle die private Bootstour; man wird zwar in die Stadt gefahren, aber das Hotel organisiert alles perfekt für dich!

Il ristorante è proprio davanti all'hotel e, anche se non è vivace come il centro città, non manca nulla. Si viene qui per rilassarsi completamente! Spero di tornare presto e magari vedere le piccole tartarughe marine!

La colazione a pagamento ( 11€ a persona) è inaccettabile veramente.
Inoltre sempre per quanto riguarda la colazione è capitato nel week end che se finiva qualche portata nn veniva rifornita
