Pros:

Srdačno osoblje, blizina ogromne plaže, mango na doručku, fleksibilno osoblje u restoranu

Cons:

Prilazna cesta i okoliš, nefleksibilnost charter prijevoza, trebali bi malo obnoviti drveninu na vanjakom stubištu...
Puno peseka se šeće okolo a gostima nije dopušteno davati im hranu...morali bi naći način za zbrinjavanje sirotih životinja ili osigurati da gosti koji to žele doniraju i da im se da jesti ....bilo gdje ....

Beachfront haven!
Pros:

Staff are amazing! Our room is very nice and comfortable.
Being beachfront is an added luxury!

Cons:

The closer you get to the resort, the road gets bumpier and worse! Not the resort’s fault but the local council should get the road fixed. It’s not good for the cars and motorcycles that drives in and out of the area.

Un rifugio tranquillo
Pros:

Mi piace particolarmente soggiornare in un ambiente tranquillo e il Nacpan Beach Resort ha soddisfatto pienamente le mie aspettative. La stanza non è molto grande, ma è pulita e ordinata, il letto è molto comodo e il balcone è perfetto per stare in silenzio e rilassarsi.

Di giorno mi piace fare una passeggiata fino al vicino ristorante Sun Mai, ordinare una noce di cocco e godermi la vista sul mare, trascorrendo momenti di puro relax. La lunga spiaggia non è affollata e ovunque si può giocare nell’acqua o fare foto. Essendo lontano dal centro città, è ideale per chi ama la tranquillità e il relax. In generale, l’esperienza di soggiorno è stata molto piacevole e confortevole.

Schöner Strand und leckeres Restaurant - super Personal

Der Strand in diesem Bereich ist der Wahnsinn .
Super klares Wasser- tolle Wellen - viel Natur.
Nach rechts ein toller, natürlicher Strand.
Direkt neben dem Hotel das Glamping - Schildkrötenaufzucht - Fitness Studio incl.. Mega Restaurant .sehr - sehr nettes Personal . Sehr aufmerksam.

Cons:

Die Strasse zum Hotel ist noch nicht voll erschlossen .Von weitem war alles sehr gut und schön - im Detail aber nicht . Fenster im Bad ging nicht zu - lauter mosquitos kamen Nachts rein. Hatte extra das Zimmer zum Meer gebucht, da dies ein Feuchtgebiet ist war die Terrasse aber nicht schön und alles voller Mosquitos .
Im Detail leider nicht so sauber . Die Karte im Restaurant lebte schon fast .Schade - da es ja gute Grundidee hat.Das Team sollte am Detail arbeiten .

Do not recommend!
Pros:

Nacpan Beach was lovely but very hard to relax due to amount of stray dogs!! Dogs even under the sunbed!!

Danilo who worked at the restaurant had amazing customer service, he seemed to be the only staff member in the restaurant that was professional, genuinely friendly and so prompt in everything!

Rooms were decent size but power cut out several times!! And also for a 4 star hotel needed work to be done!

Watching the sunset was a treat ( amongst the stray dogs :-(

Massage on beach was good!

Cons:

If you're looking for relaxation don't come here, lots of stray dogs everywhere making it very difficult to relax & constantly on edge!! Couldn't relax on the beach nor when eating as stray dogs constantly around, and you can only imagine what they must be carrying!! Breakfast was poor with limited selection and amounts available! staff were very slow in their service!! Very remote location, came for honeymoon and no effort made from hotel not even a note!! Felt like a no. rather than a customer,

Pros:

I would like to write a few things about the accommodation. As for the location, the accommodation is located on a beautiful beach! where you have a beautiful view all day long and sunsets in the evening :) Sun loungers are available for guests on the beach, beware of all the sellers all day long:)

The staff at the front desk were very nice! :)

Cons:

The accommodation itself does not correspond to the description at all. For breakfast, you can choose from a specific menu and then a smaller buffet. The menu does not change and overall, the food is disappointing for the price. The restaurant staff rarely notices you, we did not have the best impression of them. The restaurant is tasteless, the staff mix up your order, or you wait more than an hour even though no one else is having breakfast.
We also tried dinner once, and on the following days we went to the neighboring resort where they offered a much larger, better, and tastier selection for the same price! Not to mention how nice it looked there, and the service itself was several levels better, even with live music :)

We had to change rooms twice because there was always a bad smell.

The rooms were adequate! During those 5 days, no one came to clean our room, so we just asked for clean towels and water every evening (which we shouldn't have drunk from the tap). There was constant noise in the evening and our "garden" looked like a dump, where we found underwear and socks from previous guests with one small plant:) The whole resort looked poor and old for the price. I don't understand, we expected something more based on the description and photos, but we were disappointed. Don't be fooled by the photos. We took a look at the glamping site, it looked like a children's camp, with unkempt greenery and dilapidated tents.
