Great hotel and location, shame about the beds being 2 singles pushed together.
Pros:

Great location in the heart of El Nido, walking distance to all restaurants and the beach. Beautiful roof deck with fantastic views and nice infinity pool. Staff were super friendly and the meals at the restaurant were delicious.

Cons:

Double bed was two single beds pushed together with two single duvets. Not ideal for a couple to share. Mattresses moved apart in the night.

Excellent, would return & recommend
Pros:

Staff couldn’t do anymore for you, so friendly! The location was great, AC in rooms worked very well. The bathroom was so nice, huge shower and great vanity/sink. The upstairs pool was stunning overlooking the bay and beers could be taken to your lounger

Cons:

We had a sliding door to nowhere 😂 It didn’t ruin our experience! But, it was a little bit random

a 3-star hotel that looks like 2-star but 5-star service
Pros:

Service was fantastic. Staff was super friendly and looked like they actually enjoyed working there. We had complimentary shuttle service a few times (not supposed to be that way). Later we booked the private van for the beach. They provided beach towels. Literally the service offset any unhappiness we had about the rooms.

Cons:

Run down facilities: place looked run down and nothing like the pictures. Dead bugs (saw one in the room, one outside the hallway), stuff not working i.e. hair dryer didn't work in 2 of the rooms, no shower door in one of the rooms, terrible wifi.

It was a pleasant stay. I would still recommend the hotel and our family would still love to stay there.
Pros:

The room is big enough for an extra bed. We super like the rooftop area where the restaurant and pool are. Amazing view! Staffs are very welcoming, good customer service.

Cons:

Kinda humid especially on the hallway. You shouldn't turn off the room AC so that the room won't moist. The wifi was kinda weak because they told us that they are having wifi update during that time.
