Was a good central place to stay being clisebyomget boat tours.
Pros:

The room was a basic room but comfortable.
Good bathroom with hot water and good breakfast
Views from the restaurant was amazing.
Swimming pool was good was well.
Just off the main road so was quite as well
Staff was very helpful and polite

Cons:

Communication with some tours could have been better.

Locatie was goed midden in El Nido, airco werkte goed, vriendelijk personeel, mooi uitzicht vanaf het dakterras

Cons:

Douche had alleen koud water, wifi werkte matig en geen bereik binnen het hotel, kleine donkere kamer zonder raam

We have an excellent time staying at this hotel. Overall I give it a 9.
Pros:

Mostly everything is perfect for us. Location spacious room customer service food is ok.

Cons:

Some staff has no public relation especially the girls in the rooftop restaurant. Lack of customer service.
Also if you painted the walls in the pool it would be really and looked superb.

Pros:

Chambre spacieuse et confortable, fenêtre avec vue sur la verdure, literie confortable, belle salle de bain avec douche fermée.
Beau rooftop du resto avec super vue sur El Nido.
Petite piscine sur le toit bien agréable pour se rafraîchir.
Petit déjeuner très correct.

Cons:

Forte odeur d'humidité quand on entre dans la chambre (on s'habitue ensuite).
Des parasols au dessus des transats côté piscine seraient utiles, mais comme c'est petit j'imagine que c'est pour éviter que les gens squattent les transats toute la journée.

Chambre quasi insalubre par l'humidité
Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est agréable : centre ville de El Nido. Le restaurant en rooftop est très agréable. Dommage que l'espace piscine soit si petit, aussi bien le bassin que le coin détente.

Cons:

Nous n'avons pas du tout apprécié la chambre à l'exception de la literie. Vous direz tant mieux, une chambre est faite pour dormir! Cependant à l'entrée dans la chambre, située, au rez-de-chaussée, nous découvrons une pièce très sombre, à priori sans fenêtre, très brutante, à cause du bloc clim très vétuste. Mais le pire, la chambre est tellement humide, il se dégage une odeur très désagréable et une impression de mal être tellement l'atmosphère est humide. Il y a bien un deshumidificateur d'air mais cela ne suffit pas. Au final nous découvrons une fenêtre recouverte d'un store vénitien opaque derrière la porte d'entrée, fenêtre que nous n'avons pas le droit et finalement pas l'envie d'ouvrir car elle donne sur une cours intérieure destinée au personnel, avec bloc clim et autre matériel. Sur les photos, la chambre paraît belle et se serait tous fait avoir mais en réalité cette chambre était complètement inconfortable et nous préférions rester dans le canapé du hall plutôt que dans la chambre, sans compter le Wi-Fi qui ne fonctionne pas à l'intérieur des chambres.
Nous avons pensé jouer de mal chance, mais sur les 5 couples que nous étions, que ce soit dans les étages ou le constat est le même.

Incredible staff, rooftop pool and restaurant great location

Cons:

broken shower door, poor lighting. El Nido beach not good to swim in but a great place for tour launches. nearby beaches Lio or Nacpan are great

Very good value for money. Would stay here again next time. Have recommended to other friends.
Pros:

Really friendly staff. Good room. Hot water with good water pressure and the room was cleaned daily. Very good coffee from the restaurant. Easy to book the airport pick up and drop off. Great location, near all the good spots in town. Having an ATM in the hotel was convenient.
