Emplacement et vue magnifique proche de toutes les activités.
Pros:

L’emplacement, le confort, la vue, la propreté et la gentillesse du personnel.

Cons:

Le fait que notre chambre soit située de manière à ce que nous n’ayons pas accès au 4ème étage à l’ascenseur sans avoir à monter les escaliers ce qui n’est pas pratique avec les bagages ni si vous êtes à mobilité réduite.

Cuna Hotel overall met the expectations of our group - cleanliness & loc proximity were A rating.
Pros:

Hotel is convenient as it's in the center of El Nido's restaurants, shopping, tour package offices, and beach locs. Front Desk staff were welcoming and very helpful especially Isay.

Cons:

View from our rooms is residential and not that pleasant. The shower glass door was broken and was fixed but still won't latch/closed fully (shower water drips/sprays outside the shower stall).

Pros:

La vue, l’emplacement et la gentillesse du personnel toujours agréable et serviable. Le confort de la literie, l’eau, café et thé toujours a disposition et la propreté.

Cons:

Le fait que notre chambre n’est pas un accès direct à l’ascenseur mais qu’il faille monté un étage à pied en passant par la piscine ce qui n’est pratique avec les bagages.

beautiful hotel in a great location!!

beautiful rooftop and view. great location. comfortable rooms, nice staff.

Cons:

more seating at the pool, although tight, would be great. under our table in our room didn’t seem to be vacuumed. the water in the shower would go cold then super hot repeatedly while showering. all nitpicky things though, overall was a great stay.

Could’ve been better through proactive communication and customer service
Pros:

The location of the property.

Cons:

First, our room was located on the 4th floor in the wing without an elevator. We weren’t informed that we could use the elevator on the other side of the building and access our floor via the rooftop (which is on the 5th floor). It would have been helpful if this option had been proactively offered, especially for guests carrying luggage.

Second, some of the staff were not very accommodating. When I asked if we could use Netflix on the TV, the response I received was simply, “If the Wi-Fi signal is good,” without further assistance. Due to the poor Wi-Fi connection in our room, we later requested a room change. It was only then that a Wi-Fi extender was offered. It would have been better if this solution had been suggested from the start.

Lastly, the restaurant service needs improvement. We waited around 20 minutes before anyone came to take our order. If we hadn’t approached the staff ourselves, no one would have attended to our table. A more attentive service experience would have made a big difference.

Overall, for the price you’re paying, you expect a higher level of service and better guest support. There are clear areas for improvement, particularly in communication and attentiveness.

İlk 3. Katta kaldık. Banyoda küf vardı. Odada ağır bir nem kokusu var. Klima tellerle tutturulmuş ve gürültü klimayı kapatsanız bile durmuyor. Daha sonrasında uyuyamadığımız için giriş katında bir odaya alındık. Bu odanın arkasında makine dairesi vardı. Odada acayip bir uğultu vardı. Ertesi gün 3. Odamız olan 4. Katta cadde tarafına bakan odaya alındık. Tek uyuyabildiğimiz oda bu oldu ama koku, nem kokusu burada var. Rahatsızlandığım bir konaklama oldu benim için.

Was a lovely 3 night stay location was great, staff were great too. Will stay here again and will recommend to my friend
Pros:

We got the family room with king size bed and single bed for our daughter room was spacious channels on the tv kept freezing due to internet but when we connected our laptop to Netflix streaming was perfect. Loved the rooftop views and breakfast was great they had good lunch and dinner options too

The staff were kind, The coffee at the restaurant was super. The reception staff changed our room after the first one being next to pump room.

Small rooms without fridge. Pump noise was disturbing the first night. A105 room should never bw given to guests.

This is a reasonably good hotel, with room for improvements that would make it an excellent one.
Pros:

The roof top restaurant views.

Cons:

The bathroom needs updating. There was no fridge in the rooms. There was always a wait for the elevator. The beds are not very comportable.

Care for guests and dogs alike
Pros:

Loved that we had two double beds. Room was spacious. Terrace area had a great view. Staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful.

The BEST thing about this hotel though is that they have a full bowl of dog food and water out the front which I think says so much about the people who run this hotel. They care.

Cons:

The pool area could've been just a touch more impressive if it had some kind of painted walls / mural. It was just a bit bland and the walls look unfinished (but I don't think they are).
