Se fue la luz y se hizo imposible dormir

La primera noche no había luz y conectaron un compresor de gasoil para dar luz al hotel, el ruido en la calle y en nuestra habitación era insoportable, Lo peor es que era el único hotel de El nido que tenía un compresor exterior para iluminación con un ruido insoportable y me había tocado a mí que necesito silencio, les dije que era insoportable y me ofrecieron otra habitación dos plantas arriba con el mismo ruido y luego otra en otro ala con menos ruido pero con un fuerte olor a humedad que hacía imposible dormir, estuve toda la noche si pegar ojo, a las 6 de la mañana salí del hotel a buscar otro hotel donde poder dormir y tuve mucha suerte al encontrarlo. Es honesto decir que las siguientes noches pasé por el hotel y no había ruido de compresor pues le llegó la luz, para mí fue una mala experiencia al no poder dormir. Me devolvieron los dos días siguientes que tenía reservado. El personal fue atento y no tiene culpa de las malas decisiones del propietario

Super site d'El Nido mais pas le bon hotel
Pros:

Superbe terrasse au 5e étage avec vue magnifique mais rien d'autre...

Cons:

Coupures d'électricité : 2h le matin puis de 22 à 24h le soir.
Les lits sont durs, pas agréable.
Refus d'annuler une réservation alors que mon avion était annulé.
Pas de chambre avec un enfant.
Très cher pour le pays et le type d'hôtel (dont petit déjeuner plus cher que le restaurant)

El trato del personal muy bueno, nos llamaban a la habitación para darnos información, nos ayudaron a contratar tours y transporte y resolvieron todas nuestras dudas. Las vistas del restaurante están muy bonitas, la piscina no esta mal. En la habitación hecho de menos que funcionase el deshumidificador ya que hay mucha humedad en general y la ducha perdía bastante agua por fuera, muy difícil regular la temperatura. Gracias a la guardia de seguridad que encontró mis llaves y al revisor de la habitación que me ayudó a no olvidarme nada.

La mejor opción en El Nido
Pros:

Súper céntrico. Ubicación inmejorable. A 1 minuto de todo.

Habitaciones muy cómodas, buena cama y ducha.

En la azotea tienen una piscina decente que comparte espacio con un restaurante con muy buenas vistas. La comida estaba buena y el precio asumible.

Servicio de habitaciones diario, la cual cosa se agradece.

De todo nuestro viaje de 21 días, ha sido el mejor hotel en el que hemos estado.

Cons:

Al llegar, hay que dejar un depósito de 3000PHP en efectivo, por lo que contad con ello al organizar el dinero del viaje. Al final de la estancia te lo devuelven.

No tienen servicio de lavandería ni alquiler de motos, pero lo podéis encontrar en la misma calle.

L'hotel est correct, belle vue sur la baie,

Le service n'est pas à la hauteur de ce type d'établissement. Nous avons acheté une sortie en bateau aupres de l'hotel directement en se disant que cela etait serieux et pas du tout. La sortie fut catastrophique, le bateau etait hors d'age avec des remontées d'essence durant tout le trajet. Ma fille a ete malade à cause de ça et deux autres personnes ne se sont pas trouvés bien et ont du écourter la sortie. De plus nous n'avons pas fait les principales attractions pour des raisons obscures car des amis le meme jour, avec une autre compagnie ont pu faire l'integralité du programme. Je me suis plains à l'hotel qui n'a rien voulu savoir. Je tiens à remercier booking qui a été exemplaire dans la resolution de ce problème qui a gaché finalement notre passage à El nido, ma fille ne voulant plus remonter sur un bateau pour aller faire les autres excursions. Par ailleurs la gestion des paiements est particuliere, pour un meme repas j'ai du payer à la fois en carte bancaire et en liquide...

Een verademing ten opzichte van onze oorspronkelijke boeking die heel erg tegenviel!

Vriendelijkheid van het personeel. De grootte van de kamer. De bedden.

Cons:

Kleine dingetjes die niet werkten, zoals waslijn was niet uittrekbaar(zat vast), safety deposit box kon ging niet op slot, deur doucheruimte die alleen dichtbleef als je hem op slot deed, airco die niet in temperatuur in te stellen was en niet heel stil was.
