Pros:

Hotel in luogo silenzioso attorniato da vegetazione per cui l' ombra è stata garantita. Nel tardo pomeriggio ho invitato i miei cugini per un aperitivo che ci è stato servito all' ombra sotto ad un gazebo dove c'era un piacevole venticello, prezzo super onesto.
Camera nuova e pulita.
Colazione buona con torte casalinghe e basta scelta di salato.

Cons:

Unica piccola nota negativa,: alla sera siamo rientrati alle 23.45 e non c'era nessuno alla reception, la porta era chiusa e c'è stato un piccolo momento di panico. Telefonando però al numero delle urgenze, ci hanno fatto entrare dal retro.

Lenzuola pulite ma i pavimenti avrebbero richiesto almeno una passata di aspirapolvere. La doccia presentava un asciugamano a terra con capelli nel piatto doccia. A detta dello staff, colpa del capodanno... avrei preferito più professionalità e interesse nell'ispezionare la stanza dopo la segnalazione.

The temperature in the room and overall a quiet place to rest for the night.

Cons:

At first, I booked this place because it felt homie from reviews and cosy. When we arrived at the location, the place was empty at the reception, and we waited for someone to come and help us to do the check-in.

After the payment we were sent to our room, and what we found was surprisingly bad.
The room needs a renovation, especially for the price of 81€ per person for one night, we expected something clean and comfortable.
Unfortunately, it wasn't. There were mouldy parts in the bathroom, especially in the shower (the pictures on booking do not show any pictures of it if you notice). Therefore, the advertisement on booking feels misleading.

In general, the vibe was not the best.

The breakfast was disappointing too, the cheese, prosciutto and the pastry were old and so dry. I am sorry but for the price asked it is unacceptable.

Luckily, we booked only for one night. We felt robbed and disappointed.
