Very clean great hotel
Everything was great
First class as always. Excellent accommodation, comfortable bed. Staff are always really helpful as well as being friendly and professional. Full English Breakfast freshly cooked and very good.

The location is lovely. A peaceful place in the middle of a busy town but within walking distance to shops and restaurants.
A well kept garden where you can sit and watch the wildlife in the sunshine.
The staff members are always polite and helpful even when very busy.
The cooked breakfasts were not quite as good as we have had on previous visits. It would have been good if they had been served hotter.
There is no food available on Sunday evenings which is slightly inconvenient.

Beautiful garden setting, very quaint, perfect location, room was nice and modernized, staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant food was excellent and perfect ambiance, music was kept low so we could talk.
Bed was a bit too small and too soft bouncy. Husband is 250lbs and 6ft 2” so not the normal.
Kooky old-skool hotel. Was great though for what was needed. Staff were kind, bed was comfy, bathroom was pretty big. Breakfast was MEGA! Holy guacamole they know what they are doing with that Full English. 3* for the facilities but a 4* experience.
