Disappointing as it was a gift to my partner.

A gem in Fareham
Pros:

I booked this hotel partly on location, but mainly on the low price. It is amazing value for money and my room was spacious, immaculately clean, looked lovely and was very comfortable.
Location is just off Fareham High Street, walking distance to several restaurants and pubs.
Staff were all very friendly, breakfast was lovely and it has its own car park.
It isn't just good for the money, it is a very nice hotel, and I will definitely stay again.

Disappointing
Pros:

The staff were really lovely and friendly, the location was perfect, and the bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

The hotel was not very clean, the kettle in our room was filthy, the towels had marks on them, there were stains on the carpet, and the fork on the table at breakfast had dried food on it. The radiator also made lots of noise even though it wasn't on, and the room was uncomfortably hot.

Very comfortable but shame about facilities in one of our three rooms.
Pros:

Breakfast delicious. Very well cooked.

Cons:

One of three rooms (no. 11) shower and TV did not work. Other two rooms (18 and 21) everything excellent.

The receptionist could have been a bit more interactive.
