I stay here regularly for work (about once a month), the staff are always friendly and helpful. I always try and book the same room which they accommodate. the room is always clean and tidy, the bed comfortable. Breakfast never disappoints.

The full English breakfast was a highlight. Served hot to your table, unlike the lukewarm warm batch cooked trays of food that you have to choose from yourself in the big brand hotels.
Honestly, the decor was a little tired and dated, but this did not affect my stay in any way; however, that was the only niggle I could think of about this hotel.
Very helpful, friendly, professional staff. Excellent accommodation and great "full English" breakfast. Perfect!
