Pros:

The room and bathroom were both really spacious and comfortable.
Breakfast was really good and they had no issue accommodating me with a gluten free breakfast.

Perfect location for seeing a show at Fareham Live

Cons:

Quite noisy in the morning. We could easily hear other guests walking around and flushing the toilet.
It wouldn't put us off booking again.

A good comfortable independent hotel
Pros:

Nice room - good breakfast

Cons:

Reception staff didn't smile and didn't make you feel they were pleased to see you back again. As the room wasn't ready when we called in, we left our small cases with reception. Returning as planned some 9 hours later, we had to ask for our luggage, which was still in reception. As our room was on the 2nd floor and only served by stairs, and as I'm 86, they should have recognised this during our midday visit and taken the luggage to our room.

Nice little stay.
Pros:

Bed was comfy and shower powerful. Room has anything you would need for a short stay. Good wardrobe space and towel amount.

Cons:

The decor was a little dated, especially the curtains. Bathroom was a bit dated too, but was clean. Breakfast was a bit slow. I appreciate its a la carte, but maybe small individual yoghurts could be offered for those not wanting milk and cereal.

Management and staff try hard to please and should be applauded for this. The hotel and grounds do need a makeover thoug
Pros:

Spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

It needs an upgrade as it’s very much stuck in the 80’s decor wise.

Brilliant
Pros:

Breakfast amazing, quality & quantity, bed very comfortable and bathroom large with a separate shower.
I had dinner in the restaurant, the food was very good, service exceptional.
It was very sad that only two tables were occupied when it was excellent, the restuarnt should be promoted by reception when chceking in, a flyer in rooms placed on the bed etc. I am sure the food is better than many restaurnts in Fareham.
I will definintely return. Spacious car parking
