Good location and comfortable.
Pros:

Check in was quick. Location was perfect for my needs. Room was very basic and a bit dated, but more than adequate. Shower was excellent and plenty of power. Ideal for a short stay.

Pros:

Friendly staff, nice garden and lovely breakfast.

Cons:

Room could do with a bit of updating, the carpet was very shabby. The shower was over the bath ,it could do with a hand rail on the wall as tricky to get out.Apart from that it was comfortable and the bed was nice and fresh.

Brilliant gem in a wonderful location.
Pros:

Being a vegan family with one of our family members being gluten-free as well, we are far from ideal guests. :) However, we were delighted to see that there were vegan sausages and vegan bacon available for our breakfast, as well as a selection of plant-based milks. The room was phenomenal, the staff was perfect, and we just can't think of a better stay.

Cons:

Nothing. Everything was great.

Nice but could use a spring clean
Pros:

It looks as if it was a grand house once upon a time...it has nice features: for example a cloak room right after the reception and beautiful big windows, elegant arches, etc. The staff were extremely friendly. And the breakfast was amazing

Cons:

The room we stayed in could use a proper new carpet, the room looked dated and not very clean. Especially the desk chair...we didn't sit down as there was a big stain in the middle of it and it looked as if it had been found on the side of a road or the refuse center. The room had no A/C and the Victorian window must have been around 30KG to lift (I'm serious). Someone also smoked during the night and the smoke came into our room (there are non-smoking signs).

A real gem - Fantastic staff, location , rooms and food - thankyou
Pros:

Everything - it’s the perfect example of old fashioned charm, high quality rooms, inclusive breakfast and cleaning and the most polite staff who literally make you feel at home by being so accommodating- they even gave is lunch when not technically open and allowed us a delivery in their gorgeous garden - absolutely perfect for our visit to Shoreham live

Cons:

Beds were quite small I’d maybe do a twin next time x
