Lovely friendly staff, pool was clean and ample parking.

It was very warm and no aircon
It was very clean and spa facilities were nice and relaxing breakfast was lots to choose from.
We stayed in room 102 and it was right next to the cleaning cupboard for the staff and we were woken both mornings at 6am that was the only thing I have to not like about the room.
Lovely views acros Surrey and Hampshire from the garden area. Staff very friendly.
Rooms are tired and windows very stained with condensation etc. Breakfast although was OK, it was cold.

Staff and spa facilities was really modern.
To close to the road, the rooms had no air con. When open window there was a large machine going off every 20 mins, so sleeping was quite challenging.
My husband struggled with the bed size his feet were hanging off.

Hotel clean and tidy staff very welcoming
Bar prices were ridiculous ! A glass of wine £8.80 there is an off licence 100 metres down the road and several very good pubs within a comfortable walking distance. I don't understand your pricing structure hence an empty bar and paying a member of staff to do nothing. Good luck with that one
Very very clean room and hotel. Pool, gym, sauna and steam room were excellent. Very kind and helpful staff as well. Mona, Herbie and the manager Leo went beyond our expectations to make us feel welcome and comfortable.
Breakfast could have a little bit more variety but it was good otherwise.
Lovely area, surrounded by country side but close to home.
The spa- was more like a community leisure centre. It had about 20 kids splashing, playing games in the ball. Screaming babies. the pool water smelt of urine and so did the shower.
The bed was rock hard and the pillows were thin like paper. Room size was good. There was mold in the room, a leak mark with a crack in the roof.
We paid for breakfast but didn’t go because of how unclean and unsanitary the hotel was we didn’t trust the service of food.
