Great staff. Lovely food. Clean room.
No drinks allowed in the spa, would have been nice to have tea etc. Some areas in spa looked tired.
Lovely pool and views. Staff were lovely and the menu was surprisingly good with a lot of great options. Beds were lovely.
The rooms were unbearable in the heat. No aircon and only a couple of fans to cover 2 adults and 2 children. This really needs to change.
Beautiful hotel
The negative write up were not my experience at all.
The hotel room was lovely, huge, and had excellent facilities - the bed was so comfortable, and the desk fan was perfect to keep the room cool. The bathroom was lovely, too. The one shower didn't work, but it may have been me not using it correctly. The rainforest show was perfect, so it didn't matter.
The gyms air con was exceptional in the searing heat whilst I used the treadmill. The pool and all facilities there were perfect. There was a water aerobics class and I joined in for free!! Superb stay. Couldn't fault a thing.
The reception staff were very friendly and very explaining about the car park. The restaurant staff at breakfast were also kind. As was the lady behind the bar who was very attentive to my food order. The food was exceptional and catered for dairy free, which is not always the case everywhere. I had sweet potato fries and chocolate brownie, which I would highly recommend.
Perfect location just off the main roads. Beautiful area well worth exploring Farnham.
It was a hotel that kept on giving. It was a very reasonable cost too. Would definitely return if needing to stay in the area again.
Leaving!! I stayed for the day after checking out and thoroughly enjoyed it. Maybe more outdoor furniture such as sun loungers but the outdoor garden area with garden chairs was beautiful and had lovely views.

No air conditioning, supplied fan had noisy bearings and rattled.
The place is beautiful, the rooms are a decent size.
With the hot weather, there's no air-conditioning in our room, so it made for an uncomfortable night.

Staff were all friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom decorated in neutral tones, spacious. Grounds pleasant and outdoor seating in garden with view across the valley. Also outside tables and chairs by the restaurant. Parking available on site free to hotel guests. If you are there long enough, you can book yourself a treatment in the spa.
No air con in the room, which would have made my stay more pleasant. The fan didn't really cut it in mitigating the heat. A fridge in the room would have been good. It's described as a spa hotel, but you have to pay extra to use it as a hotel guest (discounted on the usual rate).
It’s a lovely property, this was our second time there .
There’s nothing I didn’t like. However , after checking in at 4pm and having to rush off for an emergency at 6pm and not being able to stay. All the receptionist said was “I’m sorry” .. so we lost out on a night away and £150 :(

Great location, lots of parking. Friendly staff, I often stay here and the staff remember your name. Book this whenever I am in the area.
My only criticism is that I wish the gym and pool were open later. Think it closes at around 8.

Le manque d’explication à l’enregistrement concernant les couleurs pour faire faire sa chambre ou juste changer les serviettes.
Et la non-présence d’un service de laverie.
