Overall it was good.
Pros:

Lovely rooms and great staff.

Cons:

No air con - we went as it was very hot at home. The pool was closed - not the fault of the hotel though as a guest had dropped glass in it. This was the other main reason we booked.

We will certainly return but maybe not in a heat wave
Pros:

Great location lovely pool and jacuzzi. Good food and reasonably priced

Cons:

No air conditioning. This was a problem as we in the middle of a heat wave. Rooms were roasting

about what I expected for the price, but noise and staff attitude could easily be fixed.
Pros:

the room was too warm and too noisy.

Cons:

bar staff, just couldn't be bothered. bar area is tired, drinking glass broken by pool caused it to be closed - again avoidable.

Came for an event and stayed over. Feel like your catering is from the 1970s

Good superior room on ground floor

Cons:

Quality and standard of the breakfast very poor. Buffet selection greasy and not hot.
Tea and coffee at breakfast by self serve machine. Terrible. Not hot. Tasted like poor quality creamer. Cups not properly cleaned, taking several attempts to find a clean cup.

Not as discribed, not relaxing, child friendly throughout
Pros:

Staff were really helpful and polite
Bed was comfortable

Cons:

Children spashing screaming in the spa. Dinner being forgotten for an hour, bar not providing coke, children playing iPads at 9pm in dining room. Dirty ashtray s everywhere, dirty spa grime around the pool , room had dirty bathroom.

Good for a short stay
Pros:

Spa access - unlimited access to gym, pool and sauna.

Cons:

Room with a connecting door - very noisy when there was someone in the adjoining room. The hotel should try to avoid putting people in these rooms if they are not part of the same party.

Cons:

The welcome at the front desk by Leo was terrible, if not obnoxious. The rooms were very hot and uncomfortable. It was our wedding evening and this was noted in the booking. No mention of it was made upon check in or check out

It was ok.
Pros:

Room was comfortable although no air con, which as an older hotel we would not necessarily expect. A fan, after requesting it, was made available.

Cons:

Bar and Restaurant were poorly staffed. Breakfast seemed poor for the level of the hotel. Serving tea and coffee would make a real difference to the atmosphere.

Cons:

NO AIRCON! Essential in 35 degrees and did not mention this on web site. We were not able to sleep at all. Also, the windows could no be opened fully either
