Pros:

The room and bathroom were excellent, and I could not find any faults. A good selection of cereals and breads available. On this visit hot food was cooked to order, so there was no breakfast buffet. Probably due to the date?

Cons:

I don't recall seeing any tea/coffee facilities in the room. Apologies if I overlooked this.

Quiet and luxurious break.
Pros:

It felt luxurious. Nice and quiet. Good location to get to Surrey Sports Park.

Cons:

Breakfast was rushed and over busy. I had to wait for certain foods and then was rushed out afterwards.

Clean, spacious room with all the facilities that you need, TV, tea, coffee etc Staff were all very helpful and welcoming. Good value room, comfortable bed.

Cons:

No major issue but the bathroom was a little dated, taps took a bit of effort to turn off and hot water took a long time to come through.but there was soap, gel, shampoo provided

Disappointing and overpriced

Cons:

The heat in hotel was unbearable this weekend. To charge the rates you do, you would expect air conditioning for all year round comfort. The lack of in room fridges also made it very difficult to keep cool. While pool facilities were great, some of our party shortened their stay as it was unbearable in the rooms and others went home in the middle of the night and back again the next day for the comfort. If a Premier Inn can provide air conditioned rooms, a premium hotel such as this should be able to do the same. I would not book again for that reason.
