Siamo stati con la nuova gestione, doveva essere solo una sosta di passaggio ma l’entusiasmo dei proprietari ci ha convinto a fermarci ed esplorare la zona circostante e i boschi. Sono stati così gentili da farci ricoverare le moto, si sono interessati che non fossimo ancora nel bosco quando minacciava il temporale e persino aiutato ad organizzare le cena. L’offerta per aperitivo è molto ben curata e la colazione strepitosa.

Staff was amazing and super helpful! The breakfast was great and provided so many options! Overall I really enjoyed it!
Beds are super firm and pillows are not great! And the location required a lot of driving up and down the mountain side which can be very tedious daily if you’re exploring.
perfetta la posizione, fuori dal casino del passo anche se affacciando sulla strada un po' di rumore è inevitabile ma del tutto trascurabile. perfetta la soluzione con il terrazzo, me lo sono proprio goduto, ho potuto lavorare in pace e comodamente, nonostante fossero giorni di ferie. comodissimo il letto, il fatto di avere dei cuscini in più è certamente molto importante.
colazione super e soprattutto con opzioni vegane e questo è il suo plus assoluto. i ragazzi sono super gentili e super disponibili, appena subentrati ai precedenti proprietari e quindi ci sta che ci siano cose che si possono fare meglio o rimettere a nuovo.
peccato avere l'orario di chiusura serale alle 22: non essere liberi di tornare quando si vuole e poter accedere autonomamente è abbastanza limitante. porte delle camere un po' sottili, passano i rumori dalle scale e dalle altre camere, ma c'è sempre tempo per metterne di più moderne. i ragazzi sono super gentili e super disponibili, appena subentrati ai precedenti proprietari e quindi ci sta che ci siano cose che si possono fare meglio o rimettere a nuovo.
La camera non è grandissima ma molto curata e pulita .

Il letto era rifatto ma i piumino ho dovuto metterlo da sola erano BEN pigati in fondo al letto,ma forse fa parte del loro modo di rifare.
La posizione è particolarmente adatta se come noi viaggi in moto. Il passo della Mendola è un parco giochi. I ragazzi del garni Biancaneve sono fantastici. Ti fanno sentire a casa. Un 10 e lode meritato.
Nei dintorni non è rimasto granché di attività di ristorazione e quelli che ci sono chiudono alle 19. Spiace per he il posto merita moltissimo
Gospodarze byli bardzo mili i pomocni. Chętnie udostępnili garaż dla naszych rowerów.
Lokalizacja dla nas była idealna - miejscowość była wyżej położona, więc było trochę chłodniej w te upalne dni. Była to też dobra baza wypadowa do kolejnego etapu rowerowego Transalp.
Śniadanie bez zastrzeżeń.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and had a great sense of humor, which made the atmosphere even more enjoyable. The location was convenient, the breakfast was tasty with a good selection of food, and the free parking was a big advantage.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the warm hospitality. We would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a good location.
The only downside was that the rooms and the furniture are quite old and could benefit from some renovation to make the accommodation feel more modern.
My friends and I arrived in Mendola with no plans on a whim and were greeted by the owners’ generosity and warmth. The owner immediately drove us to beautiful destinations, offering dinner ideas and sights. He was so kind and was happy to show us around his town. Additionally he drove us to and from the Mendel Pass Funicular. Our experience at the Garní Biancaneve Hotel was amazing and the service was above and beyond.
The room was adorable with cozy decorations and clean facilities. Breakfast was delicious as the owner’s wife bakes many types of cakes. The views were beautiful and my friends and I felt very safe.
I would highly recommend staying here if you would like personalized service and the perfect getaway in the mountains!
