Location clise to the highway, parking nearby, price
The room was cold for us. But we are Croatians used to hot weather so that could not be a problem for others.

Good breakfast location in the middle of town perfect
Chower and light
The breakfast and the beds were good.
The bathroom had a horrible smell, and the towels were tiny. No hair dryer was provided.

Only public parking 200m away, no heating in bathroom, room too cold, no lift with steep staircase. Breakfast bar very basic, definitely not worthy to wait till 17:30 for checkin
This was a great place to stay to visit the Christmas markets and not spend a lot on lodging. It was located about a minute from the train station and it was about 35 minutes on the train to the markets. The hotel had everything we needed and a really comfortable bed.

Overall, it was fine.
Beds are just heaven. They are super soft and comfortable. Bathroom is spacious and clean, even some cosmetic items are available for hair and body.

The room was very clean and spacious, beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was very pleasant and staff were very helpful. Good location that was quiet and felt safe, yet still fairly close to the city centre.
The parking situation was a bit confusing for us. "Free parking" is advertised however there is there is no on site parking. Instead, you have to park on the residential street about 100m around the back of the restaurant hotel, on Franzstraße. There were only a couple of spaces left as the other spaces were taken up by residents, additionally there are signs around suggesting that it might be pay and display. However we were assured by both the hotel restaurant staff, as well as residents we asked, that you can park on the streets overnight, free of charge until 9 am.
We did so and we faced no issues as we were only staying for a night, however this may cause issues if you are expecting to stay longer, or want your car close to the hotel for peace of mind.
The room was very clean and cozy. Nice small breakfast.
