Pros:

博多駅の近くに宿泊したかったが手頃な価格帯のホテルが見つからずこちらに決めた。

Cons:

良くないと言うより人数が増えたので追加料金払うのになかなか手続きが出来ず困った。

最高でした
Pros:

5階でフロア1部屋だったので静かでした。ベッドもクィーンサイズでゆったりでした。友人との宿泊だったのでベッドとの間のカーテンがあったのも凄く良かったです。

部屋が広い、部屋の設備（豊富なアメニティ、洗濯機等）、周辺環境（駅徒歩圏内かつスーパーマーケットがある）、清潔な部屋、非常に簡単なチェックアウト。

Cons:

事前に教えて頂いていたチェックインの際に必要な手続きが出来なかった（添付のURLにアクセスしたが機能しなかった）。そのため、ホテルの入口で宿泊者全員の情報を手入力せねばならず面倒に感じた。
