Qualità prezzo buona, l'hotel offre grandi potenzialità, silenzioso, colazione buona e abbondante. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. Ottimi piatti sia a pranzo che a cena, lo Chef Thejaha si assicura personalmente che ii clienti siano soddisfatti. Piscina gradevole

Hotel w dżungli! Wspaniala zieleń dookoła, przy basenie można spotkać małpy i kolorowe ptaki. Bardzo miła obsługa, szczególnie dziękujemy managerowi hotelu za pomoc w rozwiązywaniu problemów. Polecamy!

Fatalna pomyłka
Cons:

Bardzo dziwne zachowanie obsługi podczas check-in, wymagana zapłata przed obejrzeniem pokoi, Pan był bardzo niemiły i cały czas drwił. A pokoje zupełnie inne niż te na zdjęciach, ciemno, brudno w pokojach, łazienka w bardzo niskim standardzie i też ciemna. Basen w opłakanym stanie, wokół rozpadające się leżaki. Pełno komarów, w recepcji Pan zabija je packą elektryczną, ale nie ma żadnego oprysku tak jak w innych hostelach. Jedyny plus to że zgodzili się na zwrot pieniędzy po reklamacji pokoi.

Pros:

das Hotel hat eine super Lage, ruhig und dennoch nur wenige Schritte zum Strand und zu Shops, Bars, Restaurants etc.

charmantes Ambiente, wobei eine Renovierung / neuer Anstrich (vor allem die Zimmer sind schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen) anstehen würde, dann hat es durchaus "Boutique - Flair".

gutes Frühstücks-Buffet mit landestypischen sowie continental Optionen.

toll ist der Pool im Innenhof / Garten

Cons:

der Herr Chatura (Empfang) hat uns alles benötigte organisiert, war grundsätzlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. etwas eigenartig war die Übernahme eines kleinen Pakets (unsere vorige Unterkunft hat das vergessene Halskettchen unserer Tochter nachgeschickt) - dieses hat er uns nicht einfach ausgehändigt, obwohl wir vorab mit ihm schon telefonisch die Zustellung bestätigt hatten, sondern eher in Polizei-Manier unter strengem Blick vor unseren Augen geöffnet und erst dann an meine Tochter übergeben.

Pros:

Chambre propre et grande. La piscine bien au calme mais entretien autour laisse à désirer.

Cons:

Le personnel a du mal à dire bonjour, pas de sourire cela nous a changé du reste du voyage. Le bar nous toit terrasse pas ouvert, comme abandonné.
Vraiment pas l endroit que j imaginais en réservant. Il faut de l entretien et de la vie dans cet hotel

Hotel has all the basics that is needed. It is good value for money. Area is good and close to most of things. Food is simple but good and good value. Staff was good also. Room cleaning is good also.

Cons:

The only thing to be careful is that common areas will have loads of mosquitos but this comment to be prepared not complaining. It's nature.

Hotel is op zich wel ok maar we vonden de communicatie heel erg moeilijk. Je kreeg als gast soms een onwennig gevoel.

Het hotel op zich is goed. Ruime kamers, leuk zwembad, prachtig rooftop terras. Maar we misten wat pro activiteit van de manager. Als we iets kwamen vragen verliep de communicatie steeds onduidelijk. We kregen als gast soms een onwennig gevoel terwijl we als rondreizend gezin echt geen moeilijke eisen stellen of veel verwachten. De staff was wel heel erg vriendelijk.

Cons:

We kwamen pas later te weten dat we een bordje aan de deur moesten hangen als we onze kamer gepoetst wilden. De manager zou dit duidelijker moeten aangeven. De poetsdienst kwam ook pas rond 4 pm, dat is nogal laat.
De laatste dag merkten we dat onze dochter haar sneakers verdwenen waren, dat was heel vervelend. Toen we het aan de manager vertelden ondernam hij weinig om eens te informeren bij de staff of ze ze ergens zien liggen hadden. Het leek hem weinig te interesseren terwijl wij dat toch heel erg vonden.

Pros:

Great location close to coconut beach. A bit further from the restaurants but easy walking distance.
Beds were good too and large room.

Cons:

The pool is at the back of the property surrounded by plants, making it a mosquito area and there is no service for drinks there.. not so nice for us to relax and swim. Also communication could have been much better. We were there with Xmas and they didn’t inform us about activities. Also it wasn’t clear we had to put the card outside of the door for the room to be cleaned. Check out took very long.. Breakfast is every day the same.
