Sehr freundliches Personal
Our stay at the hotel was great. The rooms were modern, but the lobby and the bar were a lovely old vibe style. The restaurant and breakfast selection had great options. Live music was playing in the bar on Saturday, which was lovely, but the music was not heard in the rooms, thus not disturbing our rest. Great beaches within short driving distance. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling in Co. Mayo.
Most comfy bed i ever slept it, staff were friendly. Would stay again
Breakfast basic, salad at dinner was ok , menu looked good though.
Staff are amazing from start to finish.
Room was fine but a bit basic.
Bed great, shower too.
Food in the bar very good.
Lady on checkout was very friendly and recommended the Erris Head Loop which we did.
Nothing we didn't particularly like but...
The hotel overall looks a little worn...
The breakfast is basic. Not badly prepared but the buffet is a bit bare. The coffee was appalling. The clue as to why was the Nescafe powder spilt on the nice silver coffee pot. A decent coffee is a must have in any accommodation these days.
Warm and dry with good quality rooms
We stayed for 3 nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary, as soon as this was known they staff couldn't do enough for us. There is a lovely friendly, homely atmosphere the minute you walk in.
Staff were amazing, always had time for a chat and give advice on things to do in the area.
It's the only hotel that we ever stayed in that we were offered a takeaway coffee from reception staff when going out on day trips and on our journey home.
Bar and waiting staff were so friendly and a special shout out to Mary who couldn't do enough for us, she even gave us a tour of the Spa and golf simulator.
Rooms were very modern and decorated beautifully.
Beds comfy.
Food was lovely and a good price. With decent choices for all tastes.
Also to the chefs who were very good and had chats after their shifts too.
Staff were super friendly and beyond helpful. We arrived late for breakfast after a wedding and they still accommodated us.
Nothing, lovely spot.
Lovely staff

Excellent - & the service
The room with the golf simulator was cold
Room was clean , cosey and bed comfortable
I did not like the noise in the corridor outside the room till early hours of the morning. I did not like the breakfast , very poor quality .
Everything was perfect, food was amazing, the staff honestly couldn't do enough for us, we stayed with our 2 dogs in a dog friendly room. Really exceptional and great value for money.
Nothing I can think of
