Für uns als Teilnehmer einer Konferenz in Rotkreuz mehr als ideal gelegen.
Pros:

Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Die Bedienung beim Frühstück war herzlich und sehr hilfsbereit.

Cons:

In der Nacht war der Lärm der Strasse gut zu hören.

Pros:

Ottima l’accoglienza alla reception e la disponibilità, essenziale tutto il resto, camera e colazione adeguate. Posizione ottima, comodissima alla stazione, facilmente raggiungibile a piedi, vicino a un percorso pedonale/trekking che porta fino a Zug in mezzo a un paesaggio bucolico. Ampia parcheggio. Direi hotel top per soggiorni brevi o di lavoro.

Short stay for work affairs
Pros:

Really nice structure close to the river, with comfortable rooms and services.
I really appreciated the cleanliness and kindness of the staff, in particular from the reception and restaurant team, they are simply great.

Teuer, Frühstücksbar sehr tiefer Level!

Freundliches Personal

Cons:

WC-Deckel (Zi104) war nicht befestigt.
Frühstück lediglich harte kalte Eier aus dem Kühlschrank: kein Rührei, kein Spiegelei, kein Speck: unwürdig für diesen Preis.
Beim Auschecken keine Nachfrage, ob wir soweit zufrieden waren…

Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very neat and organized. My room overlooked the Reuss river, which was very nice. Ate dinner at the restaurant a few times, and would highly recommend!

Cons:

There were no washcloths in the bathroom and only a handheld sprayer for the shower, which took some getting used to. The breakfast option at the restaurant was the same every day, and there was no option to order differently.
