Short stay for work affairs
Pros:

Really nice structure close to the river, with comfortable rooms and services.
I really appreciated the cleanliness and kindness of the staff, in particular from the reception and restaurant team, they are simply great.

WC-Deckel (Zi104) war nicht befestigt.
Frühstück lediglich harte kalte Eier aus dem Kühlschrank: kein Rührei, kein Spiegelei, kein Speck: unwürdig für diesen Preis.
Beim Auschecken keine Nachfrage, ob wir soweit zufrieden waren…

Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very neat and organized. My room overlooked the Reuss river, which was very nice. Ate dinner at the restaurant a few times, and would highly recommend!

Cons:

There were no washcloths in the bathroom and only a handheld sprayer for the shower, which took some getting used to. The breakfast option at the restaurant was the same every day, and there was no option to order differently.

Ich würde wiederkommen
Pros:

Wegen der Lage hatte ich ein unruhiges Zimmer erwartet, aber es war trotz naher Autobahn, Eisenbahn und Reuss sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück war ordentlich.

Cons:

Eigentlich nichts.

Cons:

Frühstück war leider sehr knapp an Auswahl. Keine warmen Eierspeisen und keine Käsescheiben nur am Stück Käse zur Auswahl.

Pros:

Kleines, aber ausreichendes Frühstück, leckere Croissants. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter! Aussicht auf den Fluss ist ganz nett.

Cons:

Die Betten haben eine wasserfeste Unterlage, so dass man Nachts stark schwitzt.
