Nähe ca. 500m zum Bahnhof sehr angenehm

Cons:

Nähe ca. 200m zur Autobahn weniger angenehm. Das Haus ist von drei Seiten von Straßen und Schienen umgeben. Die Verglasung ist darauf leider nicht ausgelegt, daher zu laut für angenehmen Aufenthalt. Zimmer sehr schmucklos. Frühstück recht spartanisch

Sehr sehr viel Verkehrslärm

Personal beim Frühstück und an der Rezeption.

Cons:

Der Fluss bringt gar nix, da eine Autobahn in der Nähe ist. Und ich meine nicht die Zufahrtsstraßen. LKW sausen und lassen den Boden beben. Der Körper ist bei dem Lärm in Dauerstress. Auch bei geschlossenem Fenster. Ab und zu kommt von der anderen Flussseite die Güterzüge vorbei. Dreckig war es im Zimmer. Ein Fenstermetallhebel war kaputt. Raucher rauchen von den Terrassen -> zieht in das Zimmer. Betten nicht atmungsaktiv da Bettenschoner aus Plastik. Jede Nacht nassgeschwitzt. Beim Klopapier wird gespart. Vermutlich wird das Bad nicht gewischt sondern nur ein Eimer aus gekippt. Man sieht der Wasserrand über die gesamte Wandfläche am Boden. Ein Bett war sehr schmal. Vielleicht 70 oder 80 cm breit.

Pros:

Wir wurden freundlich empfangen. Ein Parkplatz war vorhanden und das Frühstück war im Preis inbegriffen. Das Zimmer war mit den notwendigen Dingen ausgestattet, unter anderem mit einer Kaffeemaschine. Für eine Übernachtung war die Unterkunft insgesamt in Ordnung.

Cons:

Das Zimmer wirkte leider sehr kahl und lieblos eingerichtet. Die Wände waren komplett leer ohne jegliche Dekoration, also keine gemütliche Atmosphäre. Der Raum war so leer, dass man beim Sprechen sogar ein Echo hören konnte. Das Frühstücksbuffet fanden wir ok. Für eine Nacht war es okay, für einen längeren Aufenthalt hätten wir uns jedoch deutlich mehr Gemütlichkeit und ein abwechslungsreicheres Frühstück gewünscht.

die Lage ist top. Das Appartement ist liebevoll eingerichtet, der Platz optimal genutzt.

Cons:

Das Bett war für uns zu weich. Auschecken bis 10 Uhr ist sehr früh.
