The staff were very helpful and accommodating, but the limited parking space, Superb location
Pros:

We were delayed for breakfast as we were returning from whale watching. However, the staff were kind enough to serve us breakfast despite the delay. I truly appreciate their flexibility, hospitality, and excellent service. Thank you for going the extra mile to make our experience even more enjoyable!

Cons:

The main issue I noticed was the inadequate parking space. I struggled quite a lot to park my vehicle, especially due to the limited space available.

Also, the room size was below my expectations. It felt quite compact and packed, which made the room less comfortable than expected.

Apart from these points, the staff were very helpful and accommodating, especially when we were delayed for breakfast after returning from whale watching. I really appreciate their excellent service and hospitality.

Unbeatable, best stay in Mirissa
Pros:

The staff were so lovely and welcoming! They even prepared a sweet treat for me when I arrived! The location is unbeatable, right on the beach and the bed was the most comfortable I slept in, in my entire two week travels around Sri Lanka. The bathroom was great with a nice hot shower I would 100% recommend. I even ended up extending my stay with them

Autentica primera línea de playa , calidad y precio ajustado.
Pros:

Por presupuesto no suelo ir a hoteles en primera línea de playa y este era primerísima, del desayuno a la arena ! Por cierto, desayuno buenísimo. La habitación muy completa con mosquitera y detalles como dejar toallas de playa además de las de ducha. Terraza preciosa. Relación calidad precio increible, aunque eta temporada baja.

Smell was so terrible, from washroom. No electricity no hot water . At night they close the door. And you have to cross the beach and there was many dogs and they are ready to attack you.

El mejor hotel y la gente más hermosa de Mirissa!

Increíble la atención y calidez de todo el equipo! Viaje sola y me quedé en el hotel por 6 días…desde que llegué fueron super amables y atentos! En la recepción estaba Nadeesha y Lasa que me trataron super bien y me ayudaron con el equipaje hasta la habitación! La habitación hermosa y limpia con AC, balcón, calentador de agua para té o café y nevera!!! Niluka fue quien se encargó de que mi habitación esté siempre impecable! El hotel también cuenta con restaurante (donde te dan el desayuno; muy completo y rico) y reposeras gratuitas en la playa. Por la noche ponen mesitas y podes ver el atardecer tomando una copa y/o cenar! Increíble lugar y super bien ubicado!

We had a wonderful stay at Fresh Wave Mirissa Hotel and would definitely recommend it! ❤️

The hotel is truly special and stands out from other hotels. The location is absolutely amazing — it is beachfront, right on the sea, with direct access to the beautiful beach. The location is also very convenient and makes the whole stay even more enjoyable and relaxing. 🌊

The service was excellent, and the staff were always kind, helpful, and attentive. One of the things that really impressed me was the cleanliness. The rooms are very clean, and they change the bed sheets and covers every day upon request when you ask for room cleaning. This is honestly one of the things that makes the hotel stand out.

The breakfast was also very good. Sometimes there wasn’t pineapple available, but whenever I asked for it, they would bring it for me. I really appreciated how they always listened to my requests and did their best to make everything perfect.

You can really see that the hotel is always working to improve and provide an even better experience for its guests.

Overall, it was a wonderful and exceptional experience. The beachfront location, cleanliness, excellent service, attention to detail, and friendly staff truly make this hotel a special place.

I would like to thank Gihan & the whole staff for caring of their clients.

Heerlijk verblijf, lief personeel, aanrader!
Pros:

Top locatie. Zit op een goede plek. Fijne kamers, lekker eten! Ze hebben een nieuwe keuken met een Indiase kaart naast de gewone menukaart. Super lief personeel! Wij zijn hier nu 2 keer geweest en indien wij weer naar Sri Lanka reizen boeken wij hier weer! De locatie is geweldig!
