Absolutely stunning
Pros:

Absolutely stunning place with the most amazing staff. The rooms are gorgeous and the food is great. It’s on a private beach with snorkeling right next door. My stay was perfect.

I love this place!
Pros:

The room was literally 6 steps away from the ocean. Get ready to sleep with the sounds of the waves in the ocean!
We had to check-out really early in the morning at 2-3 am, the hotel manager was so kind to offer us a free dinner before our last night as we were not going to have our breakfast the next day. He was such a kind person!
The hotel has its own private beach with sunbeds very cosy and great atmosphere. I am not a vegan at all but I enjoyed everything I ate and drink! Definitely suggest this place!

Cons:

Its not something that I didnt like but just a heads up, the hotel is literally by the ocean covered by many plants,trees so you might see some little or big friends from the nature in the room, dont panic :)

Awful place and dishonest owner / manager.

Location ok.

Cons:

Awful, awful hotel and owner. Dirty rooms, mouldy and musty. This is a health and safety issue and we couldn’t stay here so had to leave after one night and book somewhere else. Hotel owner and booking.com couldn’t care less. Manager told me I couldn’t pay by credit card and forced me to pay by PayPal before we could leave. Very dishonest. Avoid this place at all costs.

Slice of paradise
Pros:

You just cannot beat the location. We fell asleep to the sound of the waves, which was incredible. As soon as you step out the front door, you are right on the beach and it's so beautiful. This is the best beachfront place I have ever stayed.

- The staff were wonderful and attentive.
- You can have breakfast at any time of day, which is a great idea.
- You can grab a sunbed or bean bag and relax under the palm trees all day.
- There are surfboards available for you to take out. Note that the waves were more suited to intermediate or advanced surfers when we were there.

Cons:

The reason my review is not a 10 is because of one of the excursions we did. We asked to book a snorkelling session one morning with the hope of seeing sea turtles. I think I've been quite lucky, as every snorkelling trip I've done before has been ethical and you accept that there is no guarantee of seeing anything.

We were driven to the snorkelling site with a company called "Go Dive Mirissa" (https://www.godivemirissa.com/
). Please AVOID!

We were told to get straight into our snorkelling gear. There was no information or guidance at all about what we might see or how to behave around wildlife.

Sadly, the whole experience was completely unethical. The guides were feeding the sea turtles, which meant groups of five or more snorkellers were crowding around a single turtle. My guide also repeatedly pushed me towards a turtle so he could film videos on a GoPro.

My feedback to the hotel would be to please choose the companies you partner with very carefully. One of the reasons I was drawn to this hotel was its focus on veganism. This feels like something you could extend more broadly by taking a clear stance on ethical wildlife experiences. There is already a lot of exploitation of sea turtles along this coastline, and I hope this is not something the hotel continues to support.

Pros:

- wundervoller Aussenbereich mit viel Platz für Kinder
- tolles Frühstück (Smoothie-Bowl und Avo-Toast haben uns besonders geschmeckt)
- unkomplizierter Staff
- gute Klimaanlage

Cons:

- beim genauen Betrachten für den Preis etwas "schäbig"
- Badezimmer sehr sehr einfach
- ziemlich harte Betten ;-) aber das ist Geschmackssache

Staff, location, relaxed grounds with variety of sun & shade options. Breakfast was wonderful but I can’t say enough about the kind smiling staff.

Cons:

Rooms were a little sparse compared to some other SL locations.

Wunderschönes Hotel mit leckerem Frühstück
Pros:

Dieses Hotel ist wirklich an einem wunderschönen kleinen Strandabschnitt gelegen und mit natürlichen Materialen eingerichtet. Alles ist wirklich sehr bequem und geschmackvoll gestaltet.
Das Frühstück war wahnsinnig lecker. Wir haben einiges bestellt und ausprobiert und waren mit allem mehr als zufrieden.
Auch für Kinder gibt es einige Spielsachen und sogar ein Klettergerüst. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet und wir hatten sogar zusätzlich zum normalen Bad eine Aussendusche.
Das Personal war super freundlich und hat sich immer schnell um uns gekümmert. Jegliche Anliegen konnte auch schnell per WhatsApp von Zimmer aus „besprochen“ werden.

Cons:

Es war doch sehr hochpreisig, was wir nicht ganz gerechtfertigt empfanden.

Toller Beachclub, ruhig zum relaxen. Super Location. Tolles Essen. Mega Service.
Pros:

Wunderschöner Beachclub an der ruhigen Seite von Mirissa zwischen parrot rock und coconut tree hill.
Tolle sunbeds für Hotelgäste direkt über den Wellen.
Extrem freundliches Personal, immer hilfsbereit und richtig guter Service. Sehr leckeres veganes Essen.
Ein wunderbarer Ort um zu relaxen und die Gegend zu erkunden.

The best location in Mirissa, right on the beach with plenty of shade. The breakfast is excellent and available all day, which is a big plus. I highly recommend the ground floor rooms, as they come with a lovely terrace. Nice staff!

Pros:
