Locked out
Pros:

Easy to get to. Nice and clean

Cons:

We book as we were visiting ovo hydro c2c concert and booked at a good price. However you done get a key to get in the front door you have to ring the bell or a phone number. So we got back just after 2am Sunday morning and had to wait 45mins to get into the property if it wasnt for going around the back and banging on the window i dont know how long we would of be there.

nice, clean budget hotel.
Pros:

very nice staff

Cons:

having to walk out of the hotel to reach the bar. Sidings was not open as a bar or a restaurant, whilst we were there.

Lovely, quiet.
Pros:

Helpful.

Cons:

No microwave or fridge being placed in the room for long term stays. Had to ask the kitchen to use theirs, hopefully they helped

A wonderful stay
Pros:

The staff at reception were very friendly and made check in easy. The hotel is close to a supermarket and cafes which is handy. Also having a private car park was great. The room was comfortable and had everything you needed for a short stay. The cooked breakfast the next day was absolutely delicious!

Pros:

The hotel is spotlessly clean.
Carpets evidently hoovered from corner to corner, not a speck of anything in the bathroom, no dust, no cobwebs ..super clean super happy
Hairdryer extra pillows ironing facilities all provided in the room
ALL staff were very cheerful

Cons:

My only minus was I could not fully close the window (perhaps a ventilation feature) so I whacked the heating up to be toasty warm
Not a spare socket close to bed to charge phone

Pros:

Quiet neighbourhood for a peaceful night. Easy to commute from city centre. Bus stop right in front. Long opening hours for food/drinks. Super friendly staff

Overall enjoyable stay
Pros:

Great proximity to where we were visiting.
Great food in the restaurant.
Staff friendly & helpful.
Room was spacious & clean.

Cons:

There was no hot water in the rooms on check out day. (We had 3 rooms, none of them had hot water). It was reported to reception & dealt with straight away - which was great - however it wasn’t something that could be repaired straight away. Therefore none of us got washed/showered. We appreciate that not all problems can be fixed immediately, however there was no offer of compensation which we were quite disappointed about.

It was a really good stay

It was near where my neice got married and held the reception.
Staff where really friendly.
Could make your cup of coffee/ tea in your room.

Sleeping in that room was an endurance test.
Pros:

Staff were nice.

Cons:

The rooms are awful and need complete refurbishment. The beds are hard and very uncomfortable, the worst I have ever tried to sleep on. The decor is depressing and cheap and nasty. Very disappointing for the price.
