Cons:

The receptionist does not speak georgian!!!!!! Only RUSSIAN and english. That’s just terrible.
Breakfast was so bad we could not eat any of it.

הנוף מהחדר היה מהמם!

Cons:

רק אחרי כחמישה ימים שהיינו שם שאלו האם אנחנו רוצים שיגיעו לנקות? אמרנו שכן, ואז הגיעה עובדת ניקיון שקצת מרחה את הריצפה ולא ניקתה בכלל את השירותים והמקלחת! היינו 9 לילות במלון והשירותים לא נוקו אפילו פעם אחת!

Pros:

Good location. Near to gudauri ski resort.

Cons:

We requested an additional bed at the time of booking, and they agreed to provide one free of charge. However, when we arrived, there was no additional bed, and when we asked for it, they requested an extra payment. When I showed the conversation with their employee regarding the additional bed, the receptionist said that the person no longer worked there( just 2 days before we confirmed regarding the additional bed) and couldn't provide the bed. They then collected an additional payment from us for the extra bed.

No one helped with the luggage to the upper floor, as there were no lifts.

The breakfast could have been better; there were no options.

Pros:

The location, close to the ski lifts, grocery store and restaurants. The view from the room was nice, so was the shower and bed. The guy on the reception was very nice and friendly.

Cons:

The interior is made out of cheap materials so some stuff was broken, especially in the bathroom, hotel room fridge is not a fridge, it’s just a box with ventilator.
The breakfast was just sad. There was 3 choices of a la carte breakfast but most of the days it was cold and we were waiting 30 minutes for scrambled eggs and sausages. The Georgian breakfast was just frozen vegetables with no taste and cold over-boiled eggs. There’s plenty of room to improve the hotel kitchen.

Labai malonus ir paslaugus personalas.

Cons:

Nepatiko, kad labai ilgai reikėjo laukti pusryčių. Pirmomis dienomis teko laukti net apie valandą, vėliau jau atnešdavo greičiau.

Room was spacious with nice mountain view. Staff was friendly.

Cons:

Lot of stuff was broken :faucet, showers hoses, cabinets . Breakfast not nice at all. Bed linen was dirty with hairs. And many other things. Even fridge was not real but box from AliExpress with ventilator
