Pros:

Good service, manager Sergi was super helpful.
Food goooood, both in the buffet breakfast and up in the restaurant. Most of the rooms are small'ish but plenty for a ski holliday. Views and vibes were nice.

Cons:

Ski Depo could have few drying machines or boot dryers in it but on the other hand radiators got really hot in the room and it still worked out nice. Far from center of the village but Boltable.

I did reservation in October for end of February and 20hours before we arrived they send us msg that they had technical issues and one night we couldn't stay there. They find for us another hotel (better) but because we stayed there just two nights was for us this stressful: just packing and moving. We came there skiing and then we couldn't because of the difference of check in and check out time. In the end we didn't believe that they had technical issues because Hotel was full, they had wedding also at that time.
I had same situation with another accommodation. Looks like is national sport this in Gudauri that cencel your staying there???

Excellent.
Pros:

Had everything you need, bar, restaurant, great breakfast and the rooms were simple but clean and everything worked well. The shower was particularly great. The staff were absolutely brilliant, the girl who worked in the restaurant and breakfast area was fantastic and extremely helpful.

Cons:

Nothing.

Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which we truly appreciated. They even assisted us in pushing our car when we struggled to reach the hotel due to the road conditions - something we genuinely valued. Breakfast was varied and of good quality. We also liked the additional facilities, including a billiard and board games room, as well as a dedicated room for storing snow equipment, which was very convenient.

Cons:

The view from our room was at the back of the hotel, which we didn’t particularly enjoy. We had three rooms booked at the same rate; however, the rooms varied significantly. One had a balcony, another included armchairs, while the third had neither. The inconsistency in room features despite the same price was disappointing.

We were also travelling by car, and the side road leading to the hotel was not cleared at all. It took us nearly two hours to reach the property, and we had to fit snow chains and physically push the car to get through. This made the arrival unnecessarily stressful and difficult.

Uslužno osoblje, Georgi sa recepcije. Poveznica skijališta sa hotelom veoma važno! Zabavna prostorija sa stolnim tenisom, društvenim igrama i PlayStationom.

Cons:

Jako mal krevet s obzirom na skijalište gdje mi je trebao odmor, također mala sobica koja je povezana sa susjednom sobom vratima iz koje se sve čuje.

Подъемник около отеля ,ресторан в отеле и вид

Cons:

Уборка,волосы в ванной,мятая постельное белье,картинка номера перед бронированием не совпадает с реальностью,номер очень маленький,еле пройти можно,грязный ковер,батарея работает постоянно сумасшедшим жаром,невозможно выключить,приходится открывать окно когда -15 на улице

Tolle Lage, super gemütlich
Pros:

Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende MitarbeiterInnen. Direkt an der Piste gelegen, optimal auch, um dann im Gelände weiter auf Skitour zu gehen. Das Frühstück war toll und reichhaltig. Das Hotel wirkte auf uns sehr gemütlich und perfekt zum Entspannen. Man hat die Möglichkeit dort auch am Abend zu essen, findet aber auch in der Nähe sehr gute Restaurants.

Friendly staff, perfect location for skiing (ski lift) and good restaurant
Pros:

The staff friendly
It was my birthday they offered wine for the occasion
They also organised a party on the terrace with complimentary beer and djset
The location is perfect just at 10 meters from a dedicated lift for the ski

Cons:

I reserved for a double mattress but had twin beds. The problem is that we pay with an option ( double mattress ) but we are not sure to have this option. Nevertheless even with a twin beds tied together we didn’t feel at all it was twin beds. So if the option of double mattress is not possible it’s not a problem.
The closest ski rental is 15 minutes by walk ( Shino ) and if you want to have a reduction on ski rental you have to go to Marco Polo hotel ( 10 minutes by car ).
