Pros:

Good view, I stayed in this hotel 2 night. All staff are very kind and helpful. Our car had stuck in snow and we have many big luggages. Saba who's service manager and his General manager help me to take all of the luggages into hotel. Staff at reception's name Marium help me too many things too. All food at hotel is good including breakfast and restaurant. Hope to see you all next time. Thank you for everything.

romantic and quiet atmosphere, clean rooms, delicious food, and a stunning snowy Caucasus mountain view.
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Gudauri, Georgia. The receptionists, Nini and Alex, were very friendly and gave us such a warm welcome, making us feel comfortable right away.

The hotel has a romantic atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the restaurant service was fast with very delicious food.

beautiful view from my room overlooking the Caucasus Mountains—i love the comfortable bed and extra pillow too. The streets and the area in front of the hotel were fully covered in snow, creating a magical winter experience.

I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely love to come back again

Было бы очень хорошо , добавить полотенцесушители в санузлах . Понятно что комнаты маленькие , и шкафы туда не впихнуть

Комфортнтный , атмосферный , теплый отель, имеется игровая комната и прекрасные виды , чисто , отличная еда
На ресепшен имеется бесплатный чай, кофе и горячая вода
Вежливый персонал

Cons:

1.Далеко от центрального лифта , очень сложно добираться до отеля , тк он расположен на резких подьемах , а дороги покрыты льдом , грязью и снегом , тк никто их не чистит, но хорошо что есть такси , но ездить тем не менее страшно по таким дорогам.
2. Комнаты небольшие , но главное всего один маленький обогреватель центрального отопления , поэтому вещи сушить негде. Альтернативы как химчистка - нет.
Отопление отключалось , поэтому, в и без того крохотную комнату принесли электрический обогреватель .
3.Шкафов нет , только два маленьких ящичка и вешалки

Pros:

Отель находится недалеко от одного из подъемников, номера достаточно чистые, на завтраках большой выбор еды.

Cons:

Довольно долго добираться до всех «тусовочных» мест пешком, рядом нет магазинов или кафе. Это в целом не минус, если вас интересует спокойной отдых, в целом все необходимое можно найти внутри отеля. Было бы хорошо добавить небольшие холодильники в номера.

Pros:

- Views: I reserved a room with Mountain View, and the view is spectacular!!! And basically the restaurant, the bar, the Terrance are all with very good view!!!!
- Location: It is higher thus the good view, but very close to the main road, it is only about 250 meters from the intersection. If you are not a senior skier or well equipped, it’s about 10 minutes walk down to Shino lift(cable cart) and ski rental.
- Service/staff: During my stay, Mariam at reception and Saba at restaurant/bar were super nice, I mean not politely nice, but sincerely kind and caring to me. I was well taken care of, I am so grateful for their kindness.

Gudauri is definitely a place I would come back to, and Alpina will be definitely the hotel I will stay in again .

Again, thank you Mariam and Saba. You both rock!

Bardzo dobre śniadania. Obiekt praktycznie przy stoku narciarskim. Ogrzewanie bardzo dobrze działa. Sala gier: bilard, piłkarzyki, ping-pong! Obsługa hotelu idealna! ;)

Fajne jest wspolne miejsce spotkan z bilardem (2 stoly), pingpongiem i pilkarzykami. mozna tez siasc z laptopem (duzo miejsca). Sniadania super (chociaz blizej 10tej jbylo coraz mniej jedzenia). Swietna obsługa hotelu, bardzo mila i pomocna.

Cons:

Temperatura ! tam jest gorąco jak w piecu ;] mogliby tez serwowac sniadanie nieco wczesniej
