Pros:

Отель находится недалеко от одного из подъемников, номера достаточно чистые, на завтраках большой выбор еды.

Cons:

Довольно долго добираться до всех «тусовочных» мест пешком, рядом нет магазинов или кафе. Это в целом не минус, если вас интересует спокойной отдых, в целом все необходимое можно найти внутри отеля. Было бы хорошо добавить небольшие холодильники в номера.

Pros:

- Views: I reserved a room with Mountain View, and the view is spectacular!!! And basically the restaurant, the bar, the Terrance are all with very good view!!!!
- Location: It is higher thus the good view, but very close to the main road, it is only about 250 meters from the intersection. If you are not a senior skier or well equipped, it’s about 10 minutes walk down to Shino lift(cable cart) and ski rental.
- Service/staff: During my stay, Mariam at reception and Saba at restaurant/bar were super nice, I mean not politely nice, but sincerely kind and caring to me. I was well taken care of, I am so grateful for their kindness.

Gudauri is definitely a place I would come back to, and Alpina will be definitely the hotel I will stay in again .

Again, thank you Mariam and Saba. You both rock!

Bardzo dobre śniadania. Obiekt praktycznie przy stoku narciarskim. Ogrzewanie bardzo dobrze działa. Sala gier: bilard, piłkarzyki, ping-pong! Obsługa hotelu idealna! ;)

Fajne jest wspolne miejsce spotkan z bilardem (2 stoly), pingpongiem i pilkarzykami. mozna tez siasc z laptopem (duzo miejsca). Sniadania super (chociaz blizej 10tej jbylo coraz mniej jedzenia). Swietna obsługa hotelu, bardzo mila i pomocna.

Cons:

Temperatura ! tam jest gorąco jak w piecu ;] mogliby tez serwowac sniadanie nieco wczesniej

Трассы хорошие. Места красивые.
Pros:

Понравилось расположение близость к подъемникам. Бугель от которого можно легко доехать до основной зоны катания. Можно вернутся на лыжах к отелю. Но все это при хорошей погоде. Если видимость плохая дорогу найти сложно

Cons:

Лыжная комната абсолютно не пригодна. Холодная. Выбито окно (по видимому давно) и никто не делает. Места для сушки ботинок нет. И конечно плохо чистят дороги. К отелю проехать сложно.

Pros:

The views from the room were amazing.There was an event on our second day there which was very thoughtful of the hotel to organise.

Cons:

I asked in the booking to get a room with a double bed and the hotel promised to make it happen. On arrival, I was given a room with twin beds and the receptionist was refusing to change it. We had to escalate to the manager to get help which happened a day later. The facilities need improvement.

Good service, manager Sergi was super helpful.
Food goooood, both in the buffet breakfast and up in the restaurant. Most of the rooms are small'ish but plenty for a ski holliday. Views and vibes were nice.

Cons:

Ski Depo could have few drying machines or boot dryers in it but on the other hand radiators got really hot in the room and it still worked out nice. Far from center of the village but Boltable.

Excellent.
Pros:

Had everything you need, bar, restaurant, great breakfast and the rooms were simple but clean and everything worked well. The shower was particularly great. The staff were absolutely brilliant, the girl who worked in the restaurant and breakfast area was fantastic and extremely helpful.

I did reservation in October for end of February and 20hours before we arrived they send us msg that they had technical issues and one night we couldn't stay there. They find for us another hotel (better) but because we stayed there just two nights was for us this stressful: just packing and moving. We came there skiing and then we couldn't because of the difference of check in and check out time. In the end we didn't believe that they had technical issues because Hotel was full, they had wedding also at that time.
I had same situation with another accommodation. Looks like is national sport this in Gudauri that cencel your staying there???
