Location a bit out of facilities but place is nice and calm. If you are looking for ski and rest really nice place

Чистые номера, есть комната для горнолыжной экипировки, ресторан, бар и комната развлечений. Подьемник рядом с отелем позволял начинать и заканчивать день катания прямо у отеля, что было очень удобно

Friendly staff, perfect location for skiing (ski lift) and good restaurant
Pros:

The staff friendly
It was my birthday they offered wine for the occasion
They also organised a party on the terrace with complimentary beer and djset
The location is perfect just at 10 meters from a dedicated lift for the ski

Cons:

I reserved for a double mattress but had twin beds. The problem is that we pay with an option ( double mattress ) but we are not sure to have this option. Nevertheless even with a twin beds tied together we didn’t feel at all it was twin beds. So if the option of double mattress is not possible it’s not a problem.
The closest ski rental is 15 minutes by walk ( Shino ) and if you want to have a reduction on ski rental you have to go to Marco Polo hotel ( 10 minutes by car ).

Fiyat/Performans iyi
Pros:

Eğer ski veya snowboard takımınız varsa hotelin hemen yanından kaymaya başlayabilirsiniz. Fiyat/perfomans açısından gayet iyi. Açık kahvaltısı da başarılı. Çalışanlar yardımsever. Duş da sıcak su sorunsuz.

Cons:

Tesise yakın ski rental olmaması büyük zorluk, en yakın teleferik ve ski pass satın alma alanı 300 metre uzaklıkta bu da karlı hava koşullarında çok yorucu taksi olmadan hareket etmek çok zor.

للأمانه لم اسكن فيه بسبب ان الطريق كان مغلق ولكن الموظفين كانوا متعاونين جدا لما اخبرتهم اني لا يمكني الوصول تم الغاء حجزي واسترداده مع العلم ان الحجز غير مسترد شكرا على تعاملك الراقي

Amazing
Pros:

Calm and relaxing! The staff was great, they manage to book us a taxi everyday for new gudauri. If you’re good on the snow, you can go to the slopes straight from the hotel. Warm, safe and beautiful!

Cons:

The breakfast could be a bit better. More variety on the bread and cheese. The restaurant for dinner has really good food, but sometimes a bit slow with the staff…

Staff is amazing but the place itself is not worth it unfortunately..
Pros:

Staff is helpful and kind. There’s a place to store your ski gears. It’s a ski in ski out hotel.

Cons:

The location is quite bad. Although they have a quite huge open parking, the road going to the hotel is narrow and uphill and full of snow on the sides.

The room is extremely small. Wont work for 2 people staying in the 15sqm ones. Get the bigger room if more than 1 person. The breakfast buffet can be improved because it has very few selections.


Wifi becomes slow at night. Cant even load a short video properly.


We left the “please clean the room sign” and it wasn’t cleaned at all.
