It is a very peaceful location and we do not allow loud parties that cause inconvenience to other guests. We would also request you to please treat it like your own home :)

Please inform your arrival time in advance. We will provide you with the phone number of our rep, please call him an hour before arrival so that he can come cross & meet you for keys accordingly at the agreed time.

All Bookings of stays are exclusive of electricity charges that must be paid separately on actuals. This Fair Use policy prevents abuse of this resource.

Unmarried Couples are allowed.
There will be refundable security which guest have to pay at the time of checkin which will be refunded at the time of check out.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

Pros:

The place was very comfortable, and allowed us a wonderful time. The location was good, safe, and easily accessible. The staff were polite and professional. We didn't need to worry much about being intruded upon. The room service was also much appreciated.

This place was a hidden gem the apartment felt more like a boutique suite, modern interiors, comfortable bed and a compact kitchen that came is handy. The location was great for getting around esiliye.

Really Comfortable Stay
Pros:

Everything was good. It really was a comfortable stay. I was taken care of by the best staff and service. I suggest once in a while try BedChambers also.

Pros:

1. Good hospitality, They waived off the electricity charges, but charged INR 1300 for late check-out at 3 pm.
2. The area is easily accessible and close to Huda/ Millenium City Metro.
3. Vyapar Kendra Market is 10 mins walk and has everything including eateries, vegetables, liquor and even doctors as well.
4. Gas connection, utensils, electric supply was good.
5. Peaceful during day time. No disturbance at all.

Cons:

1. Cleanliness and hygiene is a big issue. The apartment needs a super deep cleaning specially in the bathroom and bed linens.
2. Washroom has leaking commode and pipes.
3. Worst bathtub ever saw and did not feel like using it.
4. WiFi is a bit slow even though it's a 5G.
5. Super noisy at night till 2 am regularly.
6. No carpets on the freezing floor. Carpets can be put on the floor during November to February winter time.

We really spent very good time here because everything was mindblowing.
