Staff awesome & polite, Property is really great as per the prices, and overall experience is 10/10.

Pros:

I like the rooms and the staff, they were all very helpful at any given hour. The best part of the property is that it is in one of the best locations of Gurgoan and it is perfect for all kind of travellers.

This hotel is advertised as 4 star.

This is never a 4 star hotel. There are very limited resources. No restaurant or bar, never mind gym so no way a 4 star hotel.


The room was run down, bed mattress dirty and of poor quality. You could feel the springs.

List goes on. Would not recommend.

It was a pleasant stay at a great price. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all essential amenities such as an electric kettle, TV, hair dryer, fridge, and electric safe. The staff was well-trained, and the service was prompt. The in-house dining offered a good variety of dishes, though it closes a bit early at 9:30 PM. Overall, I would consider this one of the best budget-friendly hotel options in Gurgaon.

Needs a little attention
Pros:

Staff were very helpful and friendly. There has been update to beds and bathroom

Cons:

We had rooms on ground floor off reception, so it was quite noisy until late. The bathroom looked new but the drainage didnt work so the bathroom flooded when using sink and shower.
The aircon unit only produced warm air so there was no way to get fresh or cooler air into room as there was no opening window or balcony making it quite stuffy. This is listed as a 4 star. The price reflects this but our rooms would really be more 3 star.
I think it would depend on the room you had as to the rating.
Area is close to the airport and doesnt have price tag of other hotels in the area.

Quiet neighbourhood
Pros:

The location was excellent. It was in Gurgaon and very close to all the important areas. Easy to reach and quiet locality.
