It started off well inspite of the issues in the room but I would not recommend this to anyone just because of the irres
Pros:

The hotel is just not worth what we paid for. This was mentioned as a premium room .The room is not suitable for 2 people, not enough space. The bathroom vanity didnot have enough space to keep things. The exhaust stopped working and inspite of reporting it no one came to fix it. The bidet was leaking as such there was water around the toilet. To top it all we had food poisoning after eating dinner in the hotel. All night we were nauseous and very uncomfortable. When we informed the staff in the morning and requested for medicine, they refused to accept that there was anything wrong with their food.

Loved it and we will be back for sure.
Pros:

We took a family room with 2 bedrooms. It was excellent. Very comfortable. The food was very good and a good selection. The staff were extremely polite and helpful.

Cons:

The hot water ran out every morning by the time all the family members finished their baths.
The beds were a bit too soft and saggy.. This may be our special condition but we prefer more firmer mattresses

Pros:

Very cozy, stylish and well maintained hotel, nice rooms with typical Kashmiri ceilings etc. Perfect service, friendly staff and delicious food. Close to the gondola - only 5 mins. walk or few seconds ski ride.

Pros:

The stay in Gulmarg was beautiful, and we truly enjoyed the food and hospitality. Looking forward to visiting again someday!

No value for money. Average property. Don’t recommend if you are looking for a comfortable luxurious stay

Property was clean

Cons:

No elevator. Central heating was not provided. Portable heater was provided which was very noisy. Room was too small and the ceiling too low, felt claustrophobic. Food options were very less for breakfast. Room service food was overpriced for the quality provided. Its an average property with premium pricing which is totally not worth it

A reasonably well maintained property with good service, Good lawn to sit and enjoy the Sun.

Shower area very slippery.
