J ai payé deux fois la taxe de séjour. Une fois booking.com. et une fois à l établissement.
Par trois fois j ai téléphoné à l établissement et trois fois on m’a renvoyé à une autre personne. L établissement devait me recontacter. Finalement rien.
Ce n est pas sérieux.

Séjour parfait ! Je recommande tant en couple qu'en famille

Hotel très bien situé, tant en ville, que pour rayonner dans un environnement très riche (visites, promenades, activités...) et très calme. Accueil très chaleureux.

Ich bin sehr angenehm überrascht von der Offenheit der Menschen, die in La Cigogne arbeiten. :D
Pros:

Ich hatte ein ruhiges Zimmer, in dem ich mich sehr wohlgefühlt habe. Eine wärmere Decke, um der Kälte zu trotzen, stellte mir das
Team auf meine Bitte bereit.

Cons:

Bei meiner Ankunft am 14.05.26 konnte ich gleich leckeren Apfelkuchen mit Café au lait bestellen. Ich habe mich sehr über dieses Willkommensritual gefreut. Dass ich um eine Daunendecke bitten musste, entsprach nicht meiner Vorstellung von Hotel. Nach Bereitstellung war ich mit dem entgegen kommenden Team sehr zufrieden. :D

Acceuil chalereux, patrons disponibles et qui nous ont proposé un garage pour la moto c'était top !

Une fois mais pas deux, je ne recommande pas du tout.
Pros:

La situation géographique. Accueil jovial.
Salle de bain rafraichie. Chambre petite mais propre.

Cons:

Cette chambre donne sur un immeuble dans une petite arrière cour, situé à peine de 2 mètres de nos fenêtres, avec un vis à vis énorme! Donc impossible de laisser les rideaux ouverts. Pas de clim ni de ventilateur. C'était étouffant!!!
Les gobelets rince bouche réutilisables ne font pas très envie. Cette chambre est hors de prix malgré la réduction Booking.
Le petit déjeuner, des efforts à fournir par rapport au tarif appliqué de 13 euros, car les produits sont médiocres et industriels en plus! Rien de local et c'est bien dommage.
