Nice stay close to everything
Pros:

Very friendly staff, the room was nice, and the bed was so big, like enormous in size. We also got a cruise trip, and it was a fantastic experience. Best price & value ratio. Will stay here again.

Pros:

The rooms are large enough, beds are comfortable.

Cons:

The pictures shown on Booking.com led me to believe that the common areas were significantly bigger, which they weren't. Including a picture of a waterpark (I think) as part of the illustrations seems to me like deceiving promotion. Also, the property description says something about a great dining experience, or something to that effect, which is certainly not part of the experience this hotel offers (having dinner here is not at all possible, actually).

Prima hotel voor 1 nachtje
Pros:

Was 15 minuten lopen naar de haven voor onze cruise die we al geboekt hadden. Bedden lagen goed!

Cons:

Personeel spreekt gebrekkig Engels, maar wel aardig en uiteindelijk is alles gelukt.

*SCAM ALERT*

I was scammed by the host. I paid 700,000 VND for a limo bus to Hanoi, but instead I ended up in a small van with a crazy driver who was delivering both passengers and packages. The ride was so dangerous that I had to get out in the middle of nowhere and pay 1,500,000 VND for a taxi to continue my journey.
The host did offer an alternative, but I had already lost trust in him and didn’t want to waste more time — especially since the first bus we agreed on never arrived on time and I had already lost half a day waiting.
The host offered a settlement, but it’s been almost a week now and there has been zero contact.
The hotel itself was okay.
