Một trải nghiệm lưu trú rất ok tại Ivy Hotel. Khách sạn có vị trí thuận tiện, dễ tìm, không gian sạch sẽ và yên tĩnh. Phòng đẹp, thoáng, đầy đủ tiện nghi và được dọn dẹp rất sạch sẽ.
Điểm mình ấn tượng nhất là nhân viên thân thiện, nhiệt tình và hỗ trợ khách rất tốt. Mọi thứ đều được chuẩn bị chu đáo, tạo cảm giác thoải mái trong suốt thời gian lưu trú.
Mình khá hài lòng với kỳ nghỉ tại đây và chắc chắn sẽ lựa chọn Ivy Hotel nếu có dịp quay lại. Rất đáng để trải nghiệm và lưu trú.

Very convenient location, close to everything and the harbour. The receptionist assisted us with booking a Halong bay daily cruise. Room is basic and clean. Highly recommended!

I booked an economy double room and requested a quiet room, which is fine with a good location. Despite not speaking English, the lovely young receptionist was very kind. We were able to communicate through the Google app.
Not dislike, the lovely receptionist, a young lady, who can not communicate in English, but she is kind and we communicate through the Google app
We took 3 nights at the hotel and the room was very comfortable and we had all we need
