Good enough for one night, bed was comfy and shower was good.
The breakfast was served cold… although it was items containing meat… either way a breakfast shouldn’t be cold. Facilities not open / available.

Pool wasn't open. In fairness, it was on our booking but this shouldn't be advertised when booking. Also, don't believe there is a gym or roof bar. But as a room, lovely.
This was a lovely hotel to stay in! Room was a great size and very clean. Bed was really comfy. Ha long was pretty quiet when we arrived but the location was fine to walk into the busier areas for dinner. Breakfast was also good at this hotel

Restaurant and bar was not open. I was told breakfast would be at 8am, however there wasn’t any breakfast when I went down at8am. I was refunded 50.000 dong (price of a coffee) due to there not being breakfast as it was part of my package. Hotel staff and guests entered my room a few hours after I checked in

no cleaning staff.. they don’t provide proper breakfast as they don’t have any many guests available.. one instance we asked fruit basket for kids and they only provide banana to us.. wherein they have whole plate of fruits for themselves.

The location is not the best one - in the entire area was really difficult to find a good restaurant (or let’s say “to find a restaurant”).
the breakfast is really poor - 1 egg and 2 slices of bread (and little bit of fruits), I asked to have an orange juice but they didn’t have juice.
I had lot of difficult to communicate with the stuff - some of them can just have a REALLY BASIC conversation nothing more (like hello sir how are you).
shower without hot water (I talked with the stuff about this problem but they didn’t understand me) and the Pool was dirty.
