Large bed staff were excellent. Was good to meet Tom and have a English hotel manager. Great to chat to him, when your there ask him to let you know about his bahn mi spot!
I liked everything the room probably could have been cleaned during my stay
Gia đình mình thuê 4 phòng cuối tuần ở Halong Lavender Hotel. Phòng ốc sạch sẽ và khá mới. Bạn nhân viên hỗ trợ rất nhiệt tình và nhanh nhẹn. Khách sạn có view tầng thượng thoáng, có thể xem pháo hoa và có bể bơi. Vị trí thuận tiện, gần biển Bãi Cháy (tầm 1km đổ lại, có thể đi bộ) và gần khu Vuifest, Valley Beach Club (1-2km), tuy nhiên không bị ồn. Đỗ xe ngay trước cửa khách sạn. Với tầm giá và trải nghiệm này, mình và gia đình đều rất hài lòng
Очень чистый и уютный номер. Есть даже большая ванна - это вау эффект. В ванной есть. Окно и из него внизу виден бассейн с разноцветными рыбками. Очень приветливый персонал, особенно не молодой мужчина европейской внешности, он возможно управляющий. Очень общительный, помогает советами, накормит с другими гостями.

Tôi là Sale lần đầu tiên đưa khách đến Lavender... mà khách của tôi ai cũng ưng... không có điểm gì là không thích... Nhân viên nhiệt tình, lễ tân niềm nở, các chị phục vụ bếp rất chu đáo, khách sạn sạch sẽ, đồ ăn ngon, ăn sáng buffet OK hợp khẩu vị đại đa số khách... Tôi rất hài lòng với 2 Vợ Chồng em chủ khách sạn đã ưu ái cho đoàn khi đặt ăn tại khách sạn... thì free luôn karaoke cho mọi người vui vẻ văn nghệ...10 điểm không có nhưng.... lần tới Tôi sẽ đưa đoàn khác đến đây... các bạn đến trải nghiệm chắc chắn sẽ ưng giống tôi...!!!
Có một điều tôi không thích: Đó là tại sao tôi lại biết đến khách sạn này muộn thế không biết... Các bạn đi đến Bãi Cháy Hạ Long nhớ đặt booking sớm... không cuối tuần là các em ý bán phòng nhanh lắn...

There was a late night party and could not sleep I found our room (405) is next to the lift and is not soundproof and you hear everything from outside the room
