Friendly staff, nice room, beautiful window view, tasty breakfast, close to the beach.
The mattress is bit tough.
The room is large and has a view, and the hotel is pretty clean. From the hotel, you could stroll to the nearby beach. The staff here can help if you need it. The port for accessing the bay is not far from the hotel.
Rooms were spacious and clean
The staff are inattentive, restaurant wasn’t open in the evening even though people (assuming it’s the owners friends) were eating and as it’s in a remote location there is no restaurants close. Loud karaoke was sung in the evening, walls are paper thin so you can hear everything from the next door room. Overall very unfriendly, would never ever recommend
Amenities were great, nice and clean
Locations was on a deserted island ! No restaurant but it was close to the terminal to the halong cruises
beautiful and spacious rooms, hotel surrounded by greenery and well cared for.
the staff even if kind, speak only Vietnamese, no service, they don't have bicycles or motorbikes for rent, the closest is 1km away. no support to move around (even just to go to the rental or the harbour), support for excursions, etc.

No marts or facilities nearby. Can be quite scary at night since it’s pretty deserted. Host can only speak Vietnamese but he’s able to use Google translate

Extremely hard and uncomfortable bed
Breakfast was a fried egg & bread, we were not asked what we would like, no buffet as expected.
