L’hôtel est confortable et rend des services
Pros:

Hôtel sans doute récent; impersonnel mais confortable. Chambre lumineuse, petit balcon. Espace extérieur pour le petit déjeuner très agréable. Le quartier est calme. Grande piscine en roof top vraiment magnifique. Serviettes de piscine à dispo sur demande. Services efficaces (location scooter, réservation bus…). Le manager est un excellent interlocuteur: attentionné, souriant, efficace. Il parle anglais. Ce n’est pas le cas du personnel du petit déjeuner mais leur sourire et leur volonté manifeste de bien faire compense largement. C’est un peu moins vrai de la jeune femme de l’accueil peu souriante et peu communicative. C’est dommage.

Cons:

Un peu éloigné du centre ville. Faisable à pied sinon Grab ou scoot possibles.
Oreillers hélas trop épais et durs pour moi. Le reste de la literie est très bien.

Pros:

Accueil professionnel, souriant et aux petits soins, petit déjeuner très bon, piscine roof top magnifique.
La salle de bain un peu petite. Excellent rapport qualité prix.

Pros:

Très bon accueil, hôtel neuf et très propre. Très bien pour une nuit. Nous étions en transit pour aller ensuite sur l'île de Phu Quoc.

Cons:

Rien à voir avec l'hôtel mais Ha Tien ne présente aucun intérêt mis à part les départs en ferry pour Phu Quoc

Very nice place. Staff were great. The manager, Mr Douk was top notch helpful with food, travel and just getting around. Highly recommended.

Generally very good.
Quiet location. Lots of vacant lots around, so feels a bit odd. Night market not too far away. City market is around 1.5km.

Cons:

New-ish rooms, but only half the ceiling lights worked.
Only a single reading light to one side of the bed, and that didn't work either!
