All of the staff were very friendly and helpful especially Duoc who went out of his way to ensure that we were well looked after. He provided lots of information and arranged taxis and onward transportation for us. The room was spacious and very clean. A bath was a welcome addition to the room. The rooftop pool was very pleasant with great views. The people in this area are the most friendly we have met throughout Vietnam.

The staff at the hotel and the manager were very friendly and a pleasure to meet. The facilities are clean and modern, so I extended my stay from 2 to 4 nights. Unfortunately at 4 AM on my third night, TEN BUSES with 500 SCREAMING TOURISTS arrived outside my window, and the noise pollution continued until 9 AM, THREE HOURS. They operate a banquet facility for tour operators without regard for their sleeping guests comfort. If you don't mind being woken at 4 AM, book a hotel near the fish market for 200,000 and save yourself 1,000,000 vnd per night. When you are a premium hotel and charging guests a premium price, you need to deliver premium service to your guests. This hotel sacrifices guest comfort to cater to their banquet clientele. What is the number one reason why someone books a hotel? Sleep! If you cannot offer guests quality sleep, you don't belong in the premium hotel business. I won't return.

Lovely clean hotel with fabulous breakfast. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the staff were beyond helpful.

Le personnel est vraiment au top : accueillant, souriant et toujours prêt à aider. On se sent tout de suite bien pris en charge. Leur gentillesse et leur professionnalisme ont rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Merci à toute l’équipe pour cette belle expérience !

Bon hôtel dans l'ensemble, nous n'avons eu aucun problème il correspondait bien à la description et à nos attentes. Il est juste un peu éloigné du centre. On peut néanmoins y aller à pied. C'est une petite ville très agréable et peu touristique. Elle mérite une visite.

Grosses Zimmer. Der Herr an der Reception war sehr nett und hat uns bei der Organisation der Weiterreise nach Kambodscha geholfen. Alles hat super geklappt. Vielen Dank.

Hôtel sans doute récent; impersonnel mais confortable. Chambre lumineuse, petit balcon. Espace extérieur pour le petit déjeuner très agréable. Le quartier est calme. Grande piscine en roof top vraiment magnifique. Serviettes de piscine à dispo sur demande. Services efficaces (location scooter, réservation bus…). Le manager est un excellent interlocuteur: attentionné, souriant, efficace. Il parle anglais. Ce n’est pas le cas du personnel du petit déjeuner mais leur sourire et leur volonté manifeste de bien faire compense largement. C’est un peu moins vrai de la jeune femme de l’accueil peu souriante et peu communicative. C’est dommage.
