Lovely place, amazing staff, fab location
Pros:

Amazing boutique hotel in great location. Lovely rooms, comfortable beds, superb staff and a really lovely vibe.

Cons:

Nothing not to like, although room 203 and stairs down into room would benefit in how that could be improved, little precarious with luggage in and out.

Pros:

Heel bijzonder hotel op een fantastische locatie om Haarlem te verkennen. We voelden ons zo welkom en thuis. Enthousiast team, heerlijk ontbijt en fijne kamers. We komen zeker terug.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel, à quelques pas du centre historique. Le charme de l'immeuble, qui a plusieurs siècles, la décoration intérieure. Le superbe petit déjeuner et l'accueil en règle générale.

I absolutely adored the building and its interiors, they’ve done a wonderful job preserving it while also clearly and thoughtfully sharing its history. The breakfast was amazing, and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. We were also pleasantly surprised to be offered a bottle of champagne, which was a lovely touch. On top of that, the location is fantastic.

Cons:

As lovely as the room was, with its high ceiling and exposed beams, opening the curtains meant looking directly into rooms opposite, which felt a bit uncomfortable. The room was also quite small for the price paid. I understand that it may be due to the Easter weekend and rising demand, but I did find the price for one night to be excessive.

Pros:

Mooi hotel in oud pand op loopafstand van de Gouden Straatjes van Haarlem. Bij aankomst vriendelijk ontvangen en ook bij het uitgebreide ontbijt in de ontbijtzaal met uniek plafond is er persoonlijke aandacht. Luxe ruime (cosy) kamer, waar het aan niets ontbreekt.

Een bijzondere ervaring en we komen vast nog eens terug.
Pros:

De locatie in het mooie oude centrum van Haarlem was heel fijn en de betrokken persoonlijk service was een verademing in vergelijking met de grote ketenhotels. Verder was het klassieke en historische karakter van het gebouw heel bijzonder. een absolute aanrader!

Cons:

We misten een lift maar begrepen dat die in de maand mei wordt aangelegd.
