Excellent central location, friendly staff, great atmosphere and artistic vibes!
Pros:

The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the city centre, the Hauptbahnhof (Central Railway Station), and there were lots of unique shops, cafes, and restaurants right on the doorstep. The room was exceptionally clean, tidy, and the beds were extremely comfy. The best nights sleep I've had in a long time! Great facilities provided, I just regret not having a go at trying the juicer. The Wi-Fi was excellent and there were plenty of outlets for charging devices (European and USB).

Cons:

There is no lift or elevator, so if you've got any heavy luggage, just be prepared to carry them upstairs. The headroom in the shower was slightly limited due to the angle of the ceiling and there was no main light (that I could find) in the room despite there being a switch by the door. There was however, a freestanding floor lamp which illuminated the room perfectly once I found the switch for it.

Schöne Unterkunft in zentraler Lage

Nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß vom Hauptbahnhof und vom Deutschen Schauspielhaus entfernt
Sehr schönes Restaurant mit leckerer Küche im gleichen Haus

Sehr liebevolle und geschmackvolle Einrichtung

Cons:

Elektrische Beleuchtung etwas dürftig in den Einheiten;
Ausstattung teilweise nicht mehr ganz neu

Ruhige Nacht in Bahnhofsnähe
Pros:

Trotz Nähe zu Bahnhof und Außenalster keine Geräuschentwicklung, da das Fenster auf einen (durchaus gepflegten) Innenhof geht. Frühstücksutensilien für ein frugales aber ausreichendes Frühstück sind auf dem Zimmer.

Cons:

Das Zimmer ist eigentlich recht groß, wirkt aber durch die Dachschrägen und Winkel etwas eng. Für mich hat's gereicht.
Kein Aufzug in den zweiten Stock. Das macht mir jetzt nichts, sollte man mit schwerem Gepäck aber besser wissen. Die unterschwelligen Träume, der Balkon hätte Blick auf die Alster, sind natürlich Unsinn.

Fint indrettet, perfekt beliggenhed tæt på banegården og alligevel i lokalkvarter. Dejligt med lille morgenmad på værelset og helt uforventet.

Da nah beim Theater ist diese Unterkunft ideal.
Pros:

Es gab eine Orangensaft Prese und Orangen, Toastbrot + eine Auswahl von Aufstrichen und einen Toaster, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine.

Wieder ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt!
Pros:

Das war unser dritter Aufenthalt im bel etage. Wie schon zuvor, waren wir auch nun wieder äußerst zufrieden. Damals bekamen wir ein anderes Zimmer, darin begab sich ein ganz neues Boxspringbett. Wir schliefen hervorragend und wachten erholt auf. Die Zimmerausstattung war wie zuvor top: eine tolle Saftpresse und ein paar Orangen, Toaster, eine Kaffeemaschine von WMF. Sogar Brot und Konfitüre lagen bereit. Es war trotz Lage zur Straße ruhig, es war sauber und wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt. Wir sind absolut zufrieden und was uns betrifft, haben wir unsere Unterkunft gefunden für Aufenthalte in Hamburg.

Cons:

Es gibt nichts Negatives.
