Il quartiere residenziale è molto bello così come l'hotel. la posizione comoda al centro (25 min a piedi) e alla fiera (15 min). e' molto ben tenuto e ci si sente a casa per la struttura piacevole, i salottini e il bel giardino (in estate)

Cons:

Non c'è reception dopo le 19 e il modo di entrare con cassetta di sicurezza e codice è macchinoso e non adeguato a un hotel (piuttosto a un AirB&B..). se serve qualcosa dopo le 19 ovviamente non c'è nessuno a cui chiedere, solo un numero di telefono che però risponde solo per questioni di sicurezza. La camera prenotata (small studio) non era la più piccola ma comunque piccolissima. era indicato un letto alla francese e invece era un singolo. il bagno non ha la porta e non esiste scrivania e frigo in camera. davvero troppo basica per il prezzo pagato. la vista sull'uscita di sicurezza un altro meno per il prezzo molto alto pagato. il letto era scomodo e sembrava inclinato. non c'è bollitore, lo danno se lo chiedi ma se arrivi dopo le 19 ovviamente non c'è nessuno e non si può chiedere.. nessun armadio in camera e solo un appendiabiti. per lavoro sicuramente non tornerei.

Ein wunderschönes Haus, bis auf die Geräusche aus dem Nachbarzimmer, alles tipptopp

Cons:

Die Schritte aus dem Nachbarzimmer waren sehr laut, und weil die Person im Nachbarzimmer früh ausgecheckt ist, war auch der Reinigungsservice früh dort unterwegs, was ebenso sehr laut war, in meinem Zimmer

Cons:

Ein paar mehr Lampen für indirektes Licht wären gut. Wir hatten die Giant Suite.

Zentrale Lage, schöne Altstadt Villa

Die Lage und das auf Nachhaltigkeit geachtet wird.

Cons:

Bei der Dusche waren die ganzen Silikonrecken schwarz. Das Badezimmer war auch nicht richtig sauber. Es ist sehr, sehr hellhörig. Sobald jemand durch das Treppenhaus geht, die Toilette spült oder jemand duscht, ist man wach auch wenn man ausschlafen kann. Zudem hört man den Fahrstuhl extrem laut, weil es eine alte Stadt Villa ist.

La casa es muy autentica para el barrio de Hamburgo, la decoración muy bonita y con estilo, creando una atmósfera muy agradable. La ubicación es ideal. Personal muy amable.
El desayuno es variado y bueno.

Cons:

Lástima que se cobran huevos y café de máquina por separado. El precio de la habitación ers muy elevado ya.

Das Hotel und seine Lage haben uns gut gefallen. Gerne empfehle ich es weiter.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war köstlich. Alles frisch zubereitet, bis auf den O- Saft. Die Obstauswahl war etwas bescheiden.
Die Betten waren super. Das Zimmer freiundlich und ruhig gelegen. Das Personal freundlich. Ein sehr individuelles kleines Boutiquehotel in bester Wohnlage von HH.

Cons:

Das Bad war sehr klein. Ich habe Kosmetiktücher vermisst.
