Sehr zu empfehlen, immer gerne wieder
Pros:

Das Hotel lag sehr zentral und konnte meine Orte, gut erreichen. Die Tiefgarage ist für große Fahrzeuge etwas schlecht, aber auch hier wurde eine Lösung gefunden. Frühstück war ausreichend vorhanden und das Rührei wurde frisch zubereitet

Die enge Tiefgarage :)

Pros:

The accommodation was great, clean, spacious? A bit outdated but in perfect condition. Good breakfast.

Cons:

The staff at the reception seemed and behaved as if they didn't want us to be there. Very unpleasant. Location not ideal but ok. Our only complain is the staff. I have hardly ever experienced such a (un)welcome.

Es war ein gelungener Aufenthalt in Hamburg.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war super lecker. Dadurch, dass nur so wenig Gäste da waren, wurde der Tisch schon fertig gedeckt. Einfach toll.

Netter Service - sehr schönes Frühstücksbuffet. Die Lage zum Theater Neue Flora perfekt. Zimmer war ruhig. Wir kommen wieder.

Gutes, ruhiges Hotel in zweiter Reihe, gut geeignet für Familien
Pros:

Frühstück gut und ausreichend, Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit, Hafen in ca 20min fußläufig erreichbar, Shops und Restaurants gleich vor der Haustür

Cons:

Parkhaus hatte genügend Plätze, allerdings sehr eng für größere Fahrzeuge

Tolle Unterkunft in zentraler Lage, mit Tiefgarage und sehr freundlichem Personal.
Pros:

Die Lage und die vorhandene Tiefgarage mit genügend Plätzen waren sehr gut. Besonders sticht das sehr freundliche Personal heraus sowie ein tolles Frühstück.

Cons:

Nix zu meckern.
