Prachtige locatie, sfeervol hotel, vriendelijk personeel en een heerlijk ontbijt

Cons:

Dat het hotel niet over een airco beschikt. Badkamer krap, jammer dat je in bad moet douchen

Wunderschöne Lage , Freundliches Personal

Cons:

-Frühstück sehr sparsam: Statt Brötchen nur trockenes Baguette, sehr wenig Auswahl an Aufschnitt etc. Atmosphäre wie im Wartezimmer beim Arzt.. Kleiner beengter Frühstücksraum. Musik würde es sicher netter gestalten.
- Unser Zimmer war im Souterrain, zwar schön kühl, aber einsehbar von allen Seiten deswegen mussten wir alle Vorhänge zu lassen.
- Atmosphäre insgesamt etwas drückend

Entschleunigter Aufenthalt
Pros:

Die Lage ist wunderbar und schön ruhig. Wir wurden ganz herzliche an der Rezeption empfangen und sobald man das Hotel betritt scheint die Zeit auf positive Weise stehengeblieben zu sein.

An sich schöne Unterkunft, leider mit unglücklicher Anreise/Schlüsselsafe
Pros:

Gutes Frühstück, nettes Personal, Hotel und Einrichtung hat Charme.

Cons:

Schlüsselsafe in der Nacht hat nicht funktioniert, dadurch konnten wir das Zimmer nicht wie geplant beziehen. Sind nur durch Glück nach über einer Stunde Wartezeit in der Nacht reingekommen - trotz der erheblichen Umstände gab es leider kein Entgegenkommen oder Kulanz von Seiten des Hotels.

Ein charmantes familiäres Hotel
Pros:

Ein sehr nettes, familiengeführtes Hotel mit historischem Charme. Die Zimmer sind nicht besonders groß, aber mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Wunderbar ist die sehr gute Lage. Mit dem Bus ist man zügig in der Innenstadt, die Außenalster ist fußläufig erreichbar, es gibt tolle Restaurants in der direkten Umgebung. Das Frühstückbuffet ist klein, aber fein und die Croissants sind immer frisch und lecker. :) Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Charmant ist auch der Garten des Hauses, in dem man sich zurückziehen und die Ruhe genießen darf. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder!

The location is excellent, with very cozy rooms, beautiful building and the staff is very friendly and helpful. You can also park at the hotel which was a big plus for me.

Cons:

The room was a bit hot in daytime/summer but that's expected with no AC.

Sød og venlig personale. Vi fik et værelse i kælderen, men blev positiv overrasket over størrelsen - virkelig hyggelig.
Pros:

Roligt hotel midt i Hamborg.
Mulighed (mod betaling) for parkering.
Haven er en dejlig grøn oase med fine siddepladser/liggestole.

Cons:

Vi savnede rundstykker og små lune retter til morgenmad. Der var appelsinjuice, men der manglede æblejuice - så der er lidt til enhver smag.
