Tolles kleines Haus mit viel Liebe geführt

Wir haben die Art der Kommunikation im Frühstücksservice als sehr direkt und wenig einladend empfunden. Da der persönliche Umgang maßgeblich zum Gesamteindruck des Aufenthalts beiträgt, hätten wir uns einen freundlicheren und gastorientierteren Ton gewünscht.

Ein sehr schönes altes Haus mit viel Geschichte und wunderbar alter Einrichtung. Immer wieder gerne!
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend (wenn nicht gerade Baumsägearbeiten der Stadt stattfinden). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, das Zimmer hat alle unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Es war sauber, wir hatten genügend Platz für unsere Taschen. Wir haben kein Frühstück genommen, bekamen aber zwei Cappuccino, die wir mit aufs Zimmer nehmen konnten. Vielen Dank dafür. Die beiden Herren vom Empfang waren zauberhaft und sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Nichts. Es war wunderbar.
