Goede plek voor overnachting in Hengelo, maar voor uitvalsbasis voor meerdere dag ontbreekt nog wat comfort!
Pros:

De locatie was prima, pal in het centrum. De gastvrouwen en -heren waren zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam en hebben ons uitstekend geholpen!
Ontbijt was uitstekend voorbereid en uitgebreid voorzien.

Cons:

De kamers zijn wat basic en ontbeten elementair comfort van deze tijd. Graag een tafel met twee stoelen en de mogelijkheid om een koffer te plaatsen cq te openen. Misschien in de ruimte naast het toilet en de douchecabine, die een beetje lijkt op een telefooncel?

MUY MALA ATENCIÓN AL CLIENTE. NO PUDIMOS NI DISFRUTAR DE NUESTRA ESTANCIA. TUVIMOS UN PROBLEMA CON EL VUELO Y LLEGAMOS MÁS TARDE DE LO PREVISTO. AL LLEGAR MÁS TARDE, LA RECEPCIÓN YA ESTABA CERRADA, ESTUVIMOS LLAMANDO, E INTENDANDO TENER UN CONTACTO Y NO OPTUVIMOS RESPUESTA, NO NOS DEJARON INSTRUCCIONES EN CASO DE NO HABER NADIE EN RECEPCION. TUVIMOS QUE BUSCAR OTRO HOTEL A LAS TANTAS DE LA NOCHE. ADEMÁS ESTAMOS RECLAMANDO, POR EMAIL Y POR BOOKING, NADIE CONTESTA. Pros:

Het was leuk gelegen aan allerlei terrassen in het centrum. Bed was heerlijk.

Wel goede prijs voor 2 kamers.

Cons:

Je moet wel goed trappen kunnen lopen want er was geen lift naar de 3e verdieping. Voor ons geen probleem maar bij het boeken wel ff naar vragen.
Je moet het ook niet erg vinden dat er geen deur is naar de badkamer. Het staat in open verbinding met de kamer.
