Excellent stay - wish we could have stayed longer.
Pros:

Wonderful staff, location and facilities. Close to the airport and a beautiful view of the reserve from the restaurant. I'd happily stay again.

Onze ‘home away from home’ in Nairobi
Pros:

De locatie is perfect na aankomst op jkia, uitzicht uit onze raam op dieren in het naast gelegen nationale park, vriendelijk personeel

Cons:

Het eten vinden we altijd minder. Echt jammer, want volgens mij zijn er genoeg goede chefs in Kenia te vinden.

Very Relaxing
Pros:

Wonderful variety at breakfast with an excellent egg station. Comfortable sitting on the terrace, although a bit noisy due to traffic but not the fault of the hotel.
I must commend Peter who dealt with my luggage so efficiently and greeted me, after an exhausting journey with the warmest of smiles. He made all the difference to my stay as did the check-in team.

Cons:

On my first evening when I was very tired after a delayed flight from the coast, I asked to sit on the terrace for dinner and the waiter said it was full and it so wasn’t! I was then welcomed out there by another delightful waiter and had a delicious, well priced meal. He was the only negative member of staff I came across.

A bit noisy due to traffic - and we were on the quiet/gamepark side. This is not the hotel's fault though - they have built new roads!

Pros:

Friendly & helpfull staff. Good breakfast. Cosy hotel & rooms.

Cons:

Noisy rooms: you can hear the cars passing by, hear everything on the hallway and the neighbouring rooms (so poor isolation). High commission for money exchange at the reception. Sparkling water with breakfast is extra charged.

Pros:

Nous avons été surclassés de façon magnifique sur le Ole Sereni Esmera. Pour notre part nous avons bénéficié d'une suite pour 1 nuit et d'autre part nos amis ont bénéficié d'une chambre avec balcon donnant sur le Parc National pour la première nuit également. Agréable surprise pour notre arrivée au Kenya
