Oké hotel, maar niet veel bijzonders.
Pros:

Comfortabele bedden. Het personeel van het hotel was vriendelijk. Leuk dat je de padelbaan kan huren.

Cons:

We waren geen fan van het restaurant, vrij duur voor niet erg bijzonder voedsel. Daarnaast geen geweldige service in het restaurant. De hotelkamer was vrij basaal. Ligging was tussen verschillende (snel)wegen, dus hier hoorde je nogal wat geluid van.

Excellent stay - wish we could have stayed longer.
Pros:

Wonderful staff, location and facilities. Close to the airport and a beautiful view of the reserve from the restaurant. I'd happily stay again.

Onze ‘home away from home’ in Nairobi
Pros:

De locatie is perfect na aankomst op jkia, uitzicht uit onze raam op dieren in het naast gelegen nationale park, vriendelijk personeel

Cons:

Het eten vinden we altijd minder. Echt jammer, want volgens mij zijn er genoeg goede chefs in Kenia te vinden.

Very Relaxing
Pros:

Wonderful variety at breakfast with an excellent egg station. Comfortable sitting on the terrace, although a bit noisy due to traffic but not the fault of the hotel.
I must commend Peter who dealt with my luggage so efficiently and greeted me, after an exhausting journey with the warmest of smiles. He made all the difference to my stay as did the check-in team.

Cons:

On my first evening when I was very tired after a delayed flight from the coast, I asked to sit on the terrace for dinner and the waiter said it was full and it so wasn’t! I was then welcomed out there by another delightful waiter and had a delicious, well priced meal. He was the only negative member of staff I came across.
