Good stay
Pros:

This was the first time we have stayed at this hotel as it is generally more expensive. We did get a good deal and found the facilities excellent (there are bars, restaurant and swimming pool) and the staff extremely friendly and efficient (especially Nieve), rooms spacious and all very welcoming for our dog.

Pros:

Staff and food excellent
Some parts of hotel , not looking the best , pool area .
Rooms ok but shower was poor ,fell apart in my hands , also raised floor in shower too high, so had be bend over ,so didn't bang my head !!

Staff lovely, Ok beds, but lacking in other areas
Pros:

Easy access from motorway with free private parking. Paid for a premium room which was nice and big with mini fridge items included. No plug sockets next to bed.

Cons:

Asked for a quiet room but ended up with one with an interconnecting door to the next room, so could hear the other guests. No hot water in the morning and pillow protectors missing on some of the pillows.

Goed ontbijt, aan de M6 maar toch rustig gelegen. Hotel is oud maar wel opgeknapt.
Pros:

Dicht bij de autoweg M6, gratis parkeren, prima uitgebreid ontbijt. Meer dan voldoende parkeergelegenheid. Al het persoonlijk super vriendelijk. Hotel is gerenoveerd en ziet er netjes uit. Prima verblijf voor 1 nacht.

Cons:

Doordat het een oud hotel is wat overigens wel volledig opgeknapt is, zijn er oudere kozijnen en deurstijlen die beschadigd zijn.

Feel the rooms are tired and it could do with a refurbishment. We had to move rooms as our TV didn’t work and when we arrived were told there was no hot water! This was rectified later during the evening but felt we should have been contacted before we arrived to inform us of this.
