room fine but food and restaurant dreadful.

My room was satisfactory. Although the TV was difficult to navigate.

Cons:

I made the mistake of eating in the restaurant which was poor. Long list of item that were Off the menu. poor lighting. the staff seemed disinterested in their work. The meal I had was awful! swimming in grease resulting in soggy chips and limp salad.

Excellent for racing at Haydock
Pros:

Staff were very helpful.
Food was nice.

Cons:

They said there was an EV charging point and there wasn’t.
Only 1 chair in the room and there was 2 of us which was also disappointing

The location was good, but the little faults were not good.
Pros:

It was good but I would have thought that breakfast should have been included in the room price.

Cons:

I had a chipped mug in my room, the radiator thermostat was broken so I couldn't turn down the radiator which made the room too hot. Also the automatic plug in the bathroom got stuck so the water didn't not empty in the washbasin.
