Excellent location for stopping off from M6 for an overnight stay

Nothing to not like
Amazing facilities. The bedroom was spacious, clean and the staff were so friendly. We stayed here for 1 night and really wish we had booked it for longer. Would 1000% suggest this hotel for families with children! I will be leaving a big review on trip advisor about our amazing experience. Also as a parent with a child with allergies the gluten free breakfast station was excellent!

facilities were great. If only I'd known there was a pool and gym I'd have brought my kit but based on the price i paid i was just expecting a basic hotel
little bit tired in the hallways and room. just could do with a lick of paint. beds were clean and everything maintained well but just signs of paint discoloration etc.

TV poor, carpet in room soaked with mop water bye the smell of it, no real sorry or response of we will make it right for you. Couches in lobby need fabric cleaner. Coffee machine poor at breakfast, horrible coffee. Manager looked really miserable.
The staff were so nice and helpful, the breakfast was amazing, so much choice the room was clean and great aircon had the best nights sleep in the comfortable bed!
Property was perfect however coming off the motorway was a dodgy junction! But got there ok

Just a shame that the first room we were alicated had not been cleaned properly but the manager then couldn't do enough to make sure that we were realicated a different room and was very helpful after that
