Pros:

The hotel front desk service was quite good. There were free snacks and drinking water at the reception, and there are also many food stalls, eateries, and a 7-Eleven nearby.

Cons:

The hotel room had poor soundproofing and was very noisy. In the morning, children kept running around. It’s also quite far from Lee Garden, about a 10-minute walk.

Very clean inside and outside the Guesthouse.Good location, near Kim Yong Market, Lee Garden Night Market and Diana shopping complex. Great choices for eating and shopping. Value for money. There was a
Snack and beverage corner in the lobby area.
Hair dryer, shampoo and body gel were provided.

It’s super loud, you can hear the neighbouring room loud and clear (they had kids), also the housekeeping was located in floor 4 and they worked till late night moving table, doing washing laundry etc

The location is a walking distance to Lee Garden. Unfortunately, on the day we arrived , there is a power failure from 6 pm till 10 pm. Not the hotel fault, the city had power failure.
