Excellent stay ,good value for money , very pleasant and helpful staff .
Pros:

Good location.
Excellent decors .
Excellent and helpful staff.

Cons:

Food could have been better .
Shower was not working well.
Hot water was not available for showering , waited for 1 hr to take shower. But that is fine .

Cons:

The place is too far from Munnar. It does not look like 4 star hotel. Hotel corridor was very dirty and stinking with left over food kept outside. Altogether very disappointed 😞

The staff were amazing. The property was well maintained. The rooms were comfortable and clean.

Cons:

Had a very great experience... The staffs were too hospitable and they provided the service within few minutes... From the upper management to the lower management everyone were supportive.. I highly recommend this place. Even their restaurant is good... We reached late still they provided us quality food within a good budget... Really amazing experience 😃
