Pros:

Clean, comfortable, quiet room.

Affordable and clean
Pros:

S3 Huan Hin is a nice and affordable hotel. It's location is near to night market, beach, and fishing pier. Clean hotel room and corridor, room small, no kettle in room, size of pool is good but it's water very cold, pool was shaded no sun reaces it. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Cold water in the pool, sun does not reach the pool area. No kettle in room to prepare coffee or tea, one kettle available at the small lobby.

Decent hotel but significant issues in customer service by reception personnel.
Pros:

Excellent natural light in the room. Very good mattress. Very clean.

Cons:

washbasin tap was leaking.Pool is cold because the water never sees the sun. Staff need intensive training and monitoring in customer service. It is ridiculous that the customers can not check in earlier than 2 pm. We arrived just after 12.30 pm and we knew lots of rooms were available (we visited the hotel 2 hours before to see and choose a room) and we were told we are not allowed to check in before 2 pm despite plenty rooms being available. No place to store any clothes. Just 3 hangers in fixed hanging spots close to one another.

Pros:

Calling this place a hotel is cheeky. I have stayed at worse bordellos

Cons:

Room was very small. Bathroom had a small sink, one small towel rack, no soap, no room to handle a wash bag. I stayed one night and left. Bed was ok but the aircon hit straight into the bed. Three hangers, no storage, a flimsy chair and no netting in the windows.
