Cons:

夜の20時台にチェックインしたが、カウンター横のテーブルにアメニティ類をセルフで取って使うシステムのようだが、すでに在庫切れだったしチェックイン時にその事についての説明もなく部屋に入った時に困った。

いいホテルなのに残念
Pros:

部屋は清潔感あった。

Cons:

チェックイン時に大浴場やコーヒーサービス、朝食の説明をして欲しかった。あまり調べず当日予約したので利用できなかった。
