This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.
The moment we walked into the room, we were hit with a strong sewer smell coming straight from the bathroom. Not a mild odor — a disgusting, constant stench that filled the entire room and never went away. It literally felt like staying inside a drain.
Cleanliness is clearly not a priority here. There was hair on the bed when we arrived, and to make things even worse, there was a piece of gum stuck on the headboard, right at eye level. So every time I laid down, I had to look at someone else’s old gum right above my head. Absolutely disgusting.
On top of that, the bed itself was terrible. It was uncomfortable and made loud, creaky noises every time I moved. In a hotel, the most basic thing you’re paying for is a decent night’s sleep — and they couldn’t even get that right.
The service was unbelievably slow. I had to call reception multiple times just to get basic things like sheets and towels, and even then it took forever. You shouldn’t have to chase staff just to get the bare minimum.
There was also a kettle/boiler in the room for making coffee or tea that wasn’t working at all. After calling reception multiple times, it still took around 30 minutes for someone to come and replace it. Again, something so simple turned into a frustrating wait.
The bathroom itself was filthy, with visible mold, which is just unacceptable and shows a complete lack of hygiene and maintenance.
Now let’s talk about the false advertising. The room is supposedly “noise-canceling” — that’s a complete joke. You can hear everything: people walking in the hallway, doors, outside noise… nothing is soundproof.
Same thing with the “high-speed internet.” It’s absolutely terrible. I couldn’t even watch YouTube on 360p without buffering. That’s how bad it is.
And the worst part? Hidden charges.

Pros:

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel où tout était excellent : l’emplacement, la propreté, le confort des chambres et la qualité des services.
Je souhaite faire une mention spéciale à Maroun, un hôtelier exceptionnel. Toujours disponible, réactif et très professionnel, il a vraiment contribué à rendre mon séjour encore plus agréable. C’est une personne bienveillante, attentionnée et dont l’accompagnement a fait toute la différence.
