Schön und bequem
Pros:

Kleines, schmuckes Zimmer mit viel Holz, sehr bequeme Matratze und leckeres Essen im Restaurant.

Cons:

Die Reservierung für das Frühstück hat nicht funktioniert und dann war der Kellner überfordert und eher unfreundlich.

Längerer Aufenthalt in schöner Natur nahe am Lukmanier und Bleniotal
Pros:

Hotel: Zimmer klein aber schön. Bad sehr schön, aber klein mit wenig Licht.
Restaurant: Speisen sind gut zubereitet. Pizza ist zu empfehlen. E-Ladestation vorhanden.

Cons:

Der Zimmerservice war mangelhaft, man vergass unser Zimmer anfangs zu machen, erst auf Aufforderung klappte es einigermassen. Zimmerservice und Hotel allgemein wirkte auf uns unprofessionell. Man bezahlt bei Ankunft den ganzen Preis, vermutlich, weil die Reception nur zeitweise besetzt ist. Restaurant: Man bezahlt separat, Rechnungen im Restaurant müssen immer sofort bezahlt werden, ebenso, wenn man frühstücken möchte. Aufladen des E-Autos pauschal abgerechnet (Fr. 25.-).

Qualità non conforme al prezzo
Pros:

Camere pulite e confortevoli, stanza ricreativa grande e accogliente con ping pong e diversi giochi in scatola, cena buona.

Cons:

Poca trasparenza nei costi: La "spa e centro benessere" consiste in una piccola sauna che NON è compresa nel prezzo, ma ci è stato detto costare 35 franchi. Quando abbiamo prenotato la colazione la sera prima, ci hanno detto avremmo pagato 10 chf a persona mentre la mattina erano diventati 12, per una colazione molto basic (il latte quella mattina era imbevibile, buone però le brioches). Nel prezzo della camera non è inclusa la tassa di soggiorno di 3 CHF a testa al giorno.

Nella camera al secondo piano si stava bene ma in quella al primo piano con balcone si moriva di caldo e non hanno potuto fare niente. L'unica cosa che ci hanno consigliato di fare è stato di aprire le finestre (fuori meno 10 gradi).

Abbiamo pernottato in 4 e tutti abbiamo trovato i cuscini scomodi (probabilmente in piuma ma piuttosto vuoti).

Schöner Urlaub😀
Pros:

Es war ein sehr schönes Zimmer, die Lage war super, man könnte überall schnell hin, ob snowboard fahren oder einkaufen.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Super das wir einen Balkon hatten.

Schön das es eine Sauna hatte, wo man alleine nutzen konnte.

Das Essen war am 1 Tag der Hammer, kann ich nur weiter empfehlen.

Cons:

Ich fand es schade, dass man nicht Informiert wurde, wie der Preis für die Sauna war,1
Man sollte das schon irgendwie kommunizieren.

Schade, dass nur 1 Sauna in Betrieb genommen werden konnte.

Es war sehr kalt in dem Sauna Zimmer und die Türe zum abkühlen war auch geschlossen.

Das Essen hat mich leider am 2 Tag nicht wirklich umgehauen.
