Pros:

Had a wonderful stay at Daleside Manor, Kasauli.
It's a really good property with beautiful views all around. Waking up to the hills and greenery was the best part.
The location is safe and easy to reach from the main road, so we didn't face any trouble finding it. The staff was welcoming and the overall vibe is peaceful and relaxing.
Perfect for a weekend getaway if you want quiet, clean rooms and great views.

Daleside Manor Hospitality Competes with The Taj
Pros:

A very well managed facility with well trained and responsive staff. Food was very good. The bar was roomy and comfortable.

Cons:

Outdoor seating and food service overlooking the mountains and valleys was a big plus. Standout was that our car was kept shining clean courtesy the hotel management as a matter of routine

Arrogant and undemocratic People
Pros:

Having accepted booking through your platform, the property refused entry to us, as we were 2 male colleagues travelling for work. IF this is the case, then at the time of booking they should ask this specific question and refuse booking if it does not meet their criteria.

Cons:

the deceptive description on their website regarding details of guest and this rule of refusing entry to partners / colleagues. Are they sitting there to judge People's relationship,,?

Overall a very good, enjoyable and comfortable stay minus above deficiencies.
Pros:

It is a compact boutique hotel which gives a feel of home away from home.

Cons:

Poor and unreliable wi-fi connectivity; the mattresses are not Orthopaedic and are too soft for people with back ache; similarly thin and soft pillows are not available causing neck pain. The food portions (single dish) are pricey and too big difficult to finish even among 3 persons. Both dish and price can be halved to prevent wastage or else half plates/portions should be made available.

Nice cozy place , take some cookies/ crackers for any urgent need

It’s a small cute cozy British style hotel .nice place to spend a weekend

Beautiful Views and Lovely Staff, but Restaurant Needs Improvement
Pros:

The property itself is beautiful, with incredible views that really make the experience special. The staff were welcoming and attentive throughout our stay, and the massage service was excellent — one of the highlights of the trip. The breakfast was enjoyable with a good selection.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the restaurant itself was disappointing otherwise. The food served at lunch did not seem fresh, and I ended up with food poisoning after eating there.

That said, the property has a lot of charm, and with some improvements to the restaurant and food quality, it could easily become an even better stay experience.
