Ogólnie jestem zadowolona z pobytu w tym hotelu. Śniadania były bardzo smaczne i różnorodne.
Pros:

Pomoc w rozwiązaniu problemu z pokojem oraz Panie z obsługi podczas śniadań. Szczególnie jedna pani o rudawym kolorze włosów była świetna. Bardzo dbała o to aby niczego nam nie zabrakło. Zagadywała i była niesamowicie uprzejma i po prostu ludzka w zachowaniu.

Cons:

Zabrakło mi czajnika w pokoju i żelazka, ale kiedy o to poprosiliśmy to bez problemu nam udostępnili.

restauracja nie czynna wieczorem 20:30 pani informuje że już zamknięte. słabo jak na hotel!
śniadanie raczej słabe - na ciepło (raczej letnio) tylko parówki (w podgrzewaczu sztuk 6).

Frühstück war gut, Service auch gut.

Cons:

Extrem lautes Hotel! Fast unmöglich ruhig zu schlafen. Betten sehr sehr schlecht. Kopfkissen zu groß für ein Einzelbett. Ausstattung in die Jahre gekommen. Schimmel auf der Badezimmerdecke. Heizung nicht möglich hochzustellen oder zu regulieren. Relativ kaltes Zimmer.

W pokojach w sezonie zimowym było okropnie zimno. W łazience brak grzejnika. Czystość pozostawiała wiele do życzenia.

ottima posizione e ottimo ristorante

Cons:

Purtroppo a mio parere il problema Piu grosso è che l'acqua calda va e viene, diciamo che si possono avere spiacevoli inconveniente ( soprattutto in inverno)
